Well I do carry a lot in mine, but never a mirror on a stand (or an award) 😃.
I feel worried without a good book and a snack in there just in case MrWW decides to do something boring and time consuming 😬
I always have a snack in mine 😀and sometimes my Kindle  if I know I'm going to be waiting  around anywhere 😊

All you need in your handbag is your phone, purse, hairbrush, lipstick, hand cream, keys and a bottle of water 😆
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)

I rarely carry a handbag coz i hate the things. I prefer a small shopping bag (I have a coupkle of M & S ones that I have had for years). The advantage is they will take any shopping as well and are a lot lighter to carry. If I am doing more shopping then it is a larger bag and I am not trying to fiddle about with an extra  bag hunting for my purse / phone etc.

My hand bag is actually a rucksack for daily use so I can use it for shopping of I need to. I use a fancy handbag if I'm going somewhere special or on a night out 😊

Had a lovely day out on Friday. My friend treated me to lunch as an early birthday treat which was nice of her. The only thing I bought was a bag for washing your dog bedding in so the hairs don't go in your washing machine, I've been meaning to get one for ages but never got round to it, I saw them so thought I would snap one up and it's really good. I washed Bs blankets and my machine was hair free 🎉🎉🎉
Yesterday I worked a long day and it was sooooo busy all day,I was glad to get home. I woke up at 8 this morning in a lot of pain so took some painkillers and went back to bed until 10.30. I felt much better when I woke up so after waking B I cracked on with the painting. I've got two coats on one wall and two other walls have one coat. I think it's going to need three coats though 🙁 I might get a third coat on the window wall tomorrow but I'm going to town so I'm not sure yet,it depends what time we get back
I've also managed to do three loads of washing today, two loads have been out drying in the sun and the last lot has gone out overnight
My hands are quite painful now so tomorrow I'm going to look to see if they have a lighter roller in Wilkos because the one I'm using is quite heavy,it's a fluffy roller and I prefer sponge
I did also get to sit out and eat my tea in the garden today and it was so lovely to feel the sun on my face 😊

Me too Onebrokelady - i much prefer a rucksack as it's better for my bad back.  You are making good progress with your painting, I've paid a decorator to paint my DD2's bedroom and our kitchen but i'm going to paint the spare bedroom myself.

I like to spread the load over both shoulders instead of one,I also find if I have a bag on one shoulder I tend to tense it up so get neck ache. I'm doing some more painting today but really wish I could get someone in to do it 😀

My DD always uses a rucksack - she has them in varying sizes - for work, shopping etc. The only actual 'bags' she owns are a couple of nice clutches if she goes somewhere smart.
I use a zipped tote for my day bag - currently holds phone, purse, card holder, comb, pen, small make-up bag, keys, spare masks, small hand sanitizer and folded bag for life in case I get some shopping!

Me too with the varying sizes, I have my main one which is a kanken rucksack so not massive,I use that as a day to day bag if I'm just going out for coffee or for the day. I have a slightly bigger one for work which I need because I have to carry my packed lunch and my uniform now that we aren't allowed to wear them to and from work. I have a medium sized cheap one that I take riding with me because I have my hat and usually a drink and a snack, this one gets left in the tack room while I'm out riding so is likely to get dirty or sat on by cats/dogs so it needs to be washable and not too fancy 😀. I have a nice shoulder bag that I use if I'm going somewhere nice but it's like a small tote bag that's quite roomy so I can stuff it full of things if I'm out but then it hurts my shoulder so I'm looking at a rucksack that looks like leather if I can find one I like 😊
