Your are allowed to go through the house to get to the garden or bathroom but should wear a mask and keep your distance from others.

My mother used to make me gargle with TCP. I hated it and still cant stand the smell.
I thought people weren't allowed in to use the toilet either 🙄😀 I love the smell of TCP but don't really like gargling with it too much

Another one who watched the first few episodes of Shadow and Bone...I’ve never read the books either and am tempted to find them now. I hope they are well written as it looks like it will be good.
TCP has reminded me of Victor Meldrew in that one foot in the grave episode, where he smelt so strongly of it the car park attendant brought him a car with TCP on the reg number by accident 🤣
I'm going to watch a couple more tonight, I think they might have compressed a couple of books into this first season so I'm hoping it's accurate. The books are aimed at the young adult reader so I'm not sure what they will be like to read as an adult, mind you I have read a few YA books and really enjoyed them
I haven't seen that episode of One foot in the grave 😀

According to the gov website you are allowed to do both assuming you are in England. I dont know the rules for elsewhere.

Some of the YA books have been excellent though...I loved the Hunger Games books. I wouldn’t discount them and sometimes I find they are nicer as they don’t try and squeeze in unnecessary sex scenes 😬

Pleased the TCP was helping a bit with your sore throat.
It’s just lovely to get to see the grandchildren again. I bet you noticed a big difference if you haven’t seen him since Christmas. You’d better get reading up on your planets 😂😂😂 he’ll be testing you 👍 I bet he missed you because you used to look after him didn’t you?
Well done to your dd for taking you for the test. 👏👏
