Hopefully your washing wasn't too bad!
It was like that here this morning and now it seems to be waiting for a downpour. I Just wish it would make its mind up too!

Been dry here all day too.
I get what you mean about another thing to learn to live with. Sometimes it’s a reliever nothing has been found but frustrating that there is no real answer.

It’s been dry all day here and we desperately need rain, the garden is bone dry.
Mines still not looking too wet despite rain showers on Friday and Saturday 🙀

It was soaked 😟 there was a massive hailstorm in the afternoon  as well but luckily I had brought it in just before it started

It's very frustrating but I am just going to go with the flow and see what happens. I didn't have a problem with swallowing my food a couple of years ago so I must be able to get back to that, the reflux has been there for years but I am reassured that it hasn't caused any damage anywhere 😊

Worked a 12 hour shift yesterday and it was a nice day to be working, chucking it down outside so not wanting to go anywhere, there was a nice team on and although we were busy it wasn't stressful busyness.
I currently have an extremely painful leg ( feels like Sciatica ) so that put a damper on my day, I left a bit early to get an earlier bus came home and had a shower and was in bed by 8.30 pm I just took the maximum amount of painkillers and went to sleep hoping it would be gone today. Sadly it hasn't gone which is a pain in the backside ( literally 😀) I've got two days off now so I'm hoping it will be better by Tuesday. I'm doing some good stretches which relives it a little bit but I'm not sure what else to do

I haven't been very active today apart from taking B out for her walk, my leg and foot are just too painful to go very far. I have got two loads of washing done though which  haven't pegged out because the Sky was so grey but the sun has come out now so I'm wishing I had 🙄its really cold though so I've actually got my heating on 🙀🙀🙀

I still haven't done my banking from payday so will do that in a bit before I forget again

Hope your leg pain soon heals, @Onebrokelady.
Re the budget update from Pay-day... it's sort of funny to think how I never, ever budgeted back in the spendy era, but these days, if I get to more than a day after pay-day & haven't done my new monthly budget, I feel very twitchy about it. I suppose it's because although I have been a reformed character for more than 10 years, I was spendy for much much longer.

Thanks Foxgloves, it's still throbbing away tonight but it hasn't stopped me doing what I wanted to do today. I get very twitchy if I don't check my account straight after payday because it's usually a sign that I'm losing control of my finances, having said that I still haven't done it because I got sidetracked by other things😀I will be done tomorrow though 🤞🤞

Today ended up being more productive than I thought it would. I managed to tidy and hoover downstairs, empty the bins and mop the kitchen floor in between reclining on the settee. Also did the usual sorting of the 🐓🐓and taking B for two walks so not a wasted day after all

It sounds like a nicely productive day to me. I hope the leg pain eases soon and lets you get a good night's sleep.
