My journey to a debt free life

Well that was a busy day. I went out to sort the 🐓🐓and ended up sweeping the leaves up on the patio, I've just plied them up because they are soaking wet and I ran out of time to move them, I now need it to chuck it down with rain to wash the slabs, I did chuck some water over them but that just made it worse 😳 I also cleaned the bathroom, did the ironing and another load of washing.
I then decided it was time to sit down and cast on a sleeve of my jumper, I managed to knit about half the sleeve this afternoon but had to stop to cook my tea
I didn't get out to the shop for bread because the delivery I was waiting for didn't arrive until 5.30, I will be popping into town tomorrow to return the item I waited in for after all that, it's not mine it's DDs but she is working 6 days this week so can't do it. I also managed to buy the DGS Christmas presents today from the comfort of my settee, they are both into In The Night Garden at the moment and DGs1 asked for the Ninky Nonk train so I got him that, it's an activity toy, his brother is a too young to ask so I got him a couple of bits he will love, one is a shape sorter that is very cute and the other thing looks like a toy mobile phone but it's an interactive toy, he is constantly picking things up and pretending they are phones so he will love that. I am just pleased to have got their presents sorted, I now just need to find something for their dad and my mum and dad, I'm going to go in and have a look round on Thursday but I'm not sure which shops will be open, otherwise I will have to shop onlineOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8944 -
I get on well with our Dyson upright with the ball thingy. My only problem with it is that it is very heavy. I really notice this now I have arthritis starting in my hands.

I’ve got a shark and I’m really happy with it. I got it when I broke my leg as it was easier to manoeuvre with one leg 😂 Henry/Hetty are the business for serious cleaning though.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3

I bet the gk will love the toys at Christmas.
I’m loving the hoover talk. I want a light handheld that’s powerful. Can’t decide which to get.....but waiting until after the kitchen is finished to see how much cash we have left.....January spends - £587.584 -

I’ve got the Shark with the anti hair wrap malarkey for the very reason DD and I have long thick hair that gets everywhere. I also bought a hand held vac from Amazon that is really good and was only £26. Just use it for crumbs on kitchen worktops and hard to reach areas.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5

Today has been a quieter day. I got up and took B for a walk along our favourite footpath, it's usually too muddy in winter but a neighbour posted on our neighbourhood group that the council have resurfaced it with gravel, so I took B for a look and it's lovely to walk on and we came back mud free
I then popped into town to get some bits of shopping that we needed,I bought a bottle of Mr S's version of Baileys while I was there, the real deal was £20 for a litre bottle but Mr S's was £10 and it's their Taste The Difference one. I also picked up some mini mince pies on my way to the till, the fruit is soaked in Brandy apparently but I can't taste anything still so it was a bit wasted on me.........I hope I can taste the Baileys 🙀
When I came home I settled down with a cup coffee and some scotch pancakes and read my book which I finished 🎉🎉 it was a good read. I haven't done any knitting today but I'm planning on doing some tomorrow
My shoulders and back are aching today and I wondered what was going on then I remembered cleaning the patio yesterday 🙄Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8946
