  • I can highly recommend CL Taylor for a good subtle thriller 👍
Definitely agree with this.  I have just finished reading The Missing by CL Taylor.  Also read The Lie.  Really enjoyed them both.  BA Paris is another good psychological thriller writer.

Love a Henry Hoover. Mine is 11yrs old and for the past four years is lugged in and out of my car on a daily basis as I use it for work. I hate bagless big vacuums, it does everywhere when you empty them. Henry is heavy and clumsy, especially when he gets stuck behind doors, but parts are cheap, I love the ease of taking the foot off to get into the edges, and with his cheeky grin you can sort of believe in his personality 😉🤔😂 I us so many different brands of vacuums and only the Miele are better. I can't get on board with the shark craze. I find them fiddly to work out, and haven't rated any that I have tried. But everyone who doesn't clean for a living seem to love them 🤷
The stick hoover I've got is made by Beldray,I wanted a small dust buster type handheld just for quick tidy ups and this is a two in one, so you can use it as a hand held or attach it to the stick part and it turns into a hoover, it picks up most things but I wouldn't consider it good enough for a proper clean if you have pets,I love my Hetty Hoover ,she has a turbo head for pet hairs and found her easy to fix myself when the flex was damaged, parts are easy to get hold of as well, she must be over ten years old now,I can't remember when I bought her, the only thing I don't like is that the filters aren't washable. I don't like Dyson and don't know what the fuss is all about ,my mum had one and it was rubbish. I used to clean for a living so do appreciate a good hoover, I don't understand the shark craze either,my DD has one and it's rubbish

Edited to add =. The Beldray hoover has lights on the front which is a bit weird and the cat hates it,he doesn't mind Hetty but I think the lights on this one upset him 😟
