My journey to a debt free life

When I was younger we always stayed home but everyone came to us. We always had a relative to visit too. Usually in hospital or a nursing home. We didn't get to play with our presents until a few days after Christmas xSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330
Starting afresh.

Day two of my holiday and I've been very productive. We took B for a lengthy walk along the river because it was a lovely sunny day. I had a quick lunch then polished and hoovered downstairs, then I spent the rest of the day knitting and have finished the front of my jumper 🎉🎉just got to do the sleeves and sew it all together now 😊 I might even finish it before I go back to work.
I also got a couple of books to read via my kindle unlimited membership, I'm currently reading a book called Pine which is a bit supernatural, I nearly bought it when it was new but lots of people on the book group I'm in on FB said it wasn't very good so I didn't bother but then it got reduced to 99p and I do love a 99p book so I bought it,I'm glad I waited now and I'm really annoying it too, anyway this out me in the mood for some sort of spine tingling reads and up popped a book called Haunted, when I investigated I found it was part of my kindle thing and that it is actually a second book, so I got the first one too as part of the deal. I think it's more horror than ghost story but I will give it a go and see what it's like. It's funny but when ever Christmas comes around I get the urge to read ghost stories. Last year I read The woman In Black for the first time and loved it,I also loved The Turn Of The Screw and The Silent Companions too
Talking Of Ghosts it's very creepy here tonight because a very dense fog has drifted in over the afternoon, one minute it was fine then I looked out the window and couldn't see anything, I made DD come with me to take B out for her evening walk because it looked so creepy. I read The Fog by James Herbert when I was a teenager and I've never looked at fog the same way since 😂
edited to add that today was also a NSD 😀Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8945 -
I can remember reading The Rats by James Herbert as a teenager 😱 Not my thing now. Lucky you having a sunny day today, it’s been foggy and murky here, proper November weather.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2
