I'm so sorry to hear about your Mum βΉ and I hope the operation goes well. That's infuriating about her having to be isolated after shielding for so long π‘. I hope she will get better soon and be able to go home soon.
I'm sorry too about B needing her operation and I hope that she'll be all right now. It's a very expensive vet bill but thank goodness you have your EF.
Sorry you've been ill too and I hope things go better for you from now on.Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

Hi everyone and thanks for the well wishes for my mum.she had her op which went well and she is now home to recover, she isn't allowed to do any house work for 6 weeks which will drive her crazy and she has to self isolate until the 7th of October, her birthday is on the 5th so we won't get to see her for her birthday but that's a small problem compared to her possibly getting ill, so far touch wood she has no symptoms so hopefully won't have caught it,she's more upset because she has had to cancel getting her hair cut and her nails done ππ
Im still not feeling too good which is frustrating, my chest is very wheezy and uncomfortable today and I am in a lot of pain in all my joints, I presuming that's Fibro related but I'm not sure, the chest is a obviously going to take a while longer to recover. My GP did say that if I still felt ill this week to call the surgery so I'm waiting until tomorrow and if I still feel like this I'm going to phone up and request a chest X-ray or some sort of investigation as this is dragging out a bit now. I'm still coughing but not constantly, I cough if I take a deep breath in so I'm breathing quite shallowly, I do tend to do that anyway but it would be nice to have the choiceΒ
Im on holiday this week so can take it easy if I want to,it's annoying me though because I have things I want to do but I'm just not up to it at the moment
I am having my hair cut tomorrow though ,I was supposed to go to my mums to have it done but can't now so my niece is coming here, I can't wait because I haven't had it cut by a hairdresser since the beginning of March πit normally done very 8 weeks πMy niece is going to be shocked when she sees me π
Yesterday DD1 invited me out for the day. I met her at her house so had to get an early bus to her town,it was really nice trundling through the countryside on the bus just chilling out and watching the scenery go by. We then went to Rosemoore Gardens which is about 45 minutes away from where she lives, it's such a lovely place to walk round and the kids love the little playground that's there, we stopped for lunch and had a pasty each ππ then we went back to her house and my Son in law cooked us a lovely roast dinner for tea, he is a really good cook and does a lovely roast, it always taste nicer if someone else has cooked it tooΒ
Today I'm pootling round at home, I need to tidy up and hoover downstairs,I just need to muster up the energyΒOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = Β£17,630 Paid To Date = Β£6,736 Owed = Β£10,8945 -
Pleased to hear your mum is on the mend. Itβs very strange having a birthday and not being able to see family. Youβll have to make it up to her as soon as she can see people again.
The day out and walk sounded lovely yesterday. A pasty too.....very jealous. We can get pasties here but theyβre not a patch on the real thing.......January spends - Β£587.582 -

Dare I say it but I'm not actually that keen on pasties,I have to be in the mood for one, saying that though I've had two in the last week π ΒOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = Β£17,630 Paid To Date = Β£6,736 Owed = Β£10,8945 -
Right the house is done and I can now chill out, the cats had got cat litter everywhere, I honestly think they just stand in the tray and throw it all around the floor for funΒ
I have had washing on the line but it's all still as damp as it was when I pegged it out πI think I'm just going to leave it out overnight because I don't want it hanging around the house.
I was going to make a cake today but ran out of time and now I'm too tired, I will have to have a go tomorrow insteadΒ

Glad your mum is recovering, what a pain for her having to isolate through no fault of her own. Fingers crossed she's not picked it up. Sorry to hear you're still suffering, you must be so fed up of it, I hope it doesn't spoil your week off too much.ΒI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3

Thanks SA,she seems to be doing really well so fingers crossed it stays that way, I'm really fed up with feeling like crap, Im eating properly and taking vitamins but it's not made any difference yet. I think if I wasn't in so much pain I wouldn't be so bothered but the pain is getting to me now π I just wish I knew what makes it flare up like thisΒOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = Β£17,630 Paid To Date = Β£6,736 Owed = Β£10,8945
