I popped into town today and got the bits I needed. I only bought one storage box though because of carrying it home on the bus with my other shopping. I'm going in again next week and will get another one then. All my painting supplies fit into the box I picked up today so that is tidied away. I've emptied the desk and given it a clean so it's ready to go on Monday, the play cooker looks good in that corner and as I thought there would be enough room for some sort of storage unit for toys as well, I'm going to think about that though because the DGS only come round once a week so it's no hardship to bring the toys down from the spare room on the day. They are all packed into big plastic boxes so I can tidy them away quickly and then they just stack up in the corner out of the way. I do like my living room to be tidy and clutter free 😀
I had to hoover because there was a lot of dust behind the desk, I thought if I was going to the trouble of getting Hetty out of the cupboard I might as well hoover all of downstairs at the same timeOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8945 -

Work went ok yesterday but it was a bit of a shock getting up early 😀 I spent the day playing catch up on jobs that don't get done when I'm not there 😡still it kept me busy,I caught the bus home instead of walking because my hips were killing me. It's funny how when I was ill the pain I get was hardly noticeable but when I start to get better it comes back,it's like my brain realises when a real illness comes along but once that's resolved it goes back to chronic pain mode 🙄 I'm just ignoring it now because I have stuff to do 😀
Today I was woken up early by B who needed the loo so I got up at 8.30 .......on a day off.....unheard of....I thought I might as well crack on with my day so the washing has been done and is pegged out,I had to hoover the house again because one of the cats decided to leave clumps of fur everywhere, there was so much it was quicker to hoover than pick it up by hand, I've polished the living room and have now moved onto sweeping the leaves up from the patio, they are coming down thick and fast now 😳It's a really warm sunny day but the weather is set to turn so I thought I would try and get some bits done before that happens. Im feeling a lot better today and although I still have the cough I can feel it's it's improving. I think spending time in the garden will do me good and getting some movement in will help my chest
DD1 has also just been with her FIL and picked up the desk so that's now out of my way, that corner looks lovely and tidy now and the toy kitchen fits in really nicely with plenty of room to play

I bet there will be lots of fun had with the toy kitchen- my gks love their kitchen. Especially the youngest one.It must be infuriating when others don’t see the jobs that need doing.January spends - £587.585

Glad work was ok. It is frustrating though when stuff that needs doing doesn't get done unless you're there.
It's a nice day here so hopefully you're also able to enjoy the sunshine 🌞September 2017 Debt = £25330
Starting afresh.
You can do anything if you put your mind to it. x4 -
Work will be glad to have you back by the sound of it. The team I used to be on were the same, never did half the stuff I did. Left them to it for good 2 years ago, but of a mess now by all accounts.Sounds like you’ve had a productive day at home 👍
Belated congratulations to DD 🎉I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3
