Sorry to hear about your Mum. Hope you can find out more when next in work.5

It seems to be one thing after another for you just lately. I hope you can find out what’s going on with your mum and that she makes a speedy recovery xxI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4

I hope all goes well for your Mum - it's almost worse not knowing exactly what's going on.
If you can get an up to date picture it will no doubt answer questions from the rest of the family too.

Oh dear, OBL, that's stressful about your Mum. Hopefully you will be able to extract some consistent information very soon. It's always difficult only getting half a story as we tend to speculate to fill in the gaps.
That's an ouchy vet bill btw. Sorry to hear all coming at once when you've only just recovered from being poorly.

Thanks for the kind words everyone
I managed to track my mum down today and after some communication difficulties( I think my phone might be breaking 😳) I got to speak to her in person. She has been admitted to the cardiac ward after spending the night on the assessment unit unfortunately she has had to be put into isolation because in that short time she was in contact with a confirmed covid patient 😢 she has to wait a couple of days an will then hopefully have the pacemaker fitted and be able to go home and finish self isolation at home. We aren't allowed to visit now because she could be infectious. I am so angry that she has spent the last 6 months shielding only to be exposed the minute she sets foot inside the hospital and if anything happens to her I have vowed to sue their !!!!!! 😡😡😡Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8946 -
Oh no - that’s awful after shielding for so long. Hopefully she won’t have been in contact long enough for her to pick the infection up.Sending lots of positive thoughts your way.January spends - £587.584

That's awful. I hope she is ok. I'm sorry she has been exposed though. That's just frustrating for you xSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330

That’s terrible after all that shielding, no wonder you’re angry. Fingers crossed she doesn’t pick it up and she gets her heart issues sorted quickly xxI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2

It's unbelievable isn't it? I suppose anyone could be exposed and hospitals are probably still testing everyone so cases are more likely to be picked up at that point, but there needs to be some way of segregating each admission if it's not to add to the spread. I would be angry too.
I hope your Mum is okay and the pacemaker helps.
