It's a nice day here so hopefully you're also able to enjoy the sunshine 🌞Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8942 -

Belated congratulations to DD 🎉
I have had a very productive day and I'm now officially knackered 😀Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8946 -
Well that was a busy day. I swept all the leaves from the patio and two lots of steps plus the path between them,I was slightly hindered by the 🐓🐓because they know if I'm sweeping I will unearth lots of bugs ,so they get under my feet trying to get to the bugs before I sweep them away, they also love nothing better than a big pile of leaves to dig around in so if you leave any and pop to the loo you will come back and find them spread all over the area you have just swept 🙄I loaded them all into a trug and dumped them on the area in front of the chicken run where they like to scratch around, they had a whale of a time rooting through the pile
My washing was lovely and dry so I got that ironed and put away, I am determined to keep on top of the ironing,I don't like doing it so why do I leave it until there's loads that takes me hours instead of doing it as and when so it only takes a short time to get it done
I also cleaned the bathroom. I need to hoover upstairs tomorrow but that's all I need to do inside. If it's another nice day and I've got time I might cut the grass on the front garden tomorrow. I've got to go into town in the morning and I have to take B and A to the vets in the afternoon so I might not have the time. B is going for her post op check up and I think they are going to be pleased with her recovery,I'm not sure if I will get any news on the sample they sent away tomorrow I will just have to wait and see. A needs the second part of his vaccination, I took him for the first one and forgot he had to go back for the second one, luckily it's still within the time frame or we would have to start againOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8945 -
Today has not been as productive as yesterday because I am too tired. I went into town and picked up my bits of shopping that I needed but didn't end up getting another box because I had too much to carry. The other day DD bought some Richmond meat free sausages which are absolutely lovely. I tried to buy some in Mr S but they didn't have any left so I tried Mr T and they had some so I bought two packets and put one in the freezer, they are the closest to real sausages I've tasted 😀
I came home had lunch then had to take B and A to the vets, getting them both on the bus was easier than I thought it would be. The nurse was really pleased with B and said her scar looks good with no signs of infection, she couldn't believe how perky B was 😊The Vet called me with the results and the labs have asked for more samples, he said so far it looks like the mass was haematoma which wouldn't be cancerous but they want to check more samples to make sure there's nothing else as there can be other things going on, he sounded quite positive though so we just have to wait a few more days to find out for sure. The final bill comes in at £1809.71 and the insurance company are paying £720 after you take account of the excess and the copayment,I've paid some off already so have £710 left to pay 🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀I get paid on Friday and will have £300 rent from DD so need to find £410 so that will have to come from the emergency fund or any spare cash I've got that I would normally save,I will work it all out on Friday. I'm a bit confused about the bill because I have an itemised invoice that was given to me the day after her surgery for £1416 so the bill had gone up since then but she hasn't had anything else done, unless it's for the lab work which seems like a lot of money to meOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8946 -
Hi. OnebrokeladyJust wanted to nip on and say hello.
I would definitely call the vets and query the difference as £400 is a big amount, better in your pocket then there’s.2 -
It’s sounding more positive with B apart from the vet bill. You could try querying the extra you wasn’t expecting but I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s correct. When my cat went for teeth cleaning 2 years ago I was quoted £200 but it ended up over £500. There were blood tests and anaesthetic on top of that. Every time I take her for a check up the vet looks at her teeth and I feel like saying don’t even think about it. My emergency fund has only just recovered.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3

This year just gets worse each day,now had a phone call from my Dad to say my Mum has been taken off to hospital in an ambulance for heart surgery. I don't know what sort of heart surgery because he also phoned my nieces and told one she was having bypass surgery and one that she is having a pacemaker fitted,he told me pacemaker but seemed confused,I didn't press him because he was getting annoyed and I didn't want to have a row right now. Mum has had to go off to the hospital on her own and will be terrified,I'm at work tomorrow so will try and find out what's going on
Honestly I have just about had enough nowOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8947 -
Sorry to hear about your Mum, hope she’s ok.5

Sorry to hear about your mum. Hopefully she will be on the mend before you know it. Hope you get more info about her. I know from my recent visit to hospital- it was worse for the family than me as they couldn’t find out what was happening and I was ‘lost’ for over 12 hours - until they managed to track me down in HDU....I was fine though as I knew where I was 🙄 2020 is not a year that ever needs repeating EVER.January spends - £587.585
