The insurance company for one of my dogs didnt put she was covered for illness on the policy! I rang them and they assured me she is and it was there in black and white and they would resend the policy docs. I still couldnt see it so phoned them again and again said it ws all ok she was covered and they would confirm in email which they did so I had it in writing that she is covered. About 6 weeks later I had another email to say they had mede an error on her policy documents. I do wonder if my phone calls alerted them to the mistake. I certainly pay enpough for accurate paperwork. (£160 a months for 3 older dogs) and this was one of the best known pet insurance companies.Well done to you dd you must both be thrilled.4

I know, it's a mine field knowing what to go for, it's more expensive and harder to insure her because of her age 😟Sun_Addict said:When I was renewing my dog’s insurance I found it quite confusing what was and wasn’t covered. Boo to having to pay a sizeable amount out 😩Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8942 -

That's terrible, I hate insurance companies because they always try to weasel their way out of paying, I went with this company because they had won awards for their service, I now realise they don't mean muchladyholly said:The insurance company for one of my dogs didnt put she was covered for illness on the policy! I've had a nice quiet day today at home,I've done all my ironing which wasn't a lot because I am determined to keep up with it. I took B out for a short walk and she was struggling a bit on the way back so I'm hoping she was just a bit stiff and nothing else, she has a follow up appointment on Tuesday and I'm hoping we get the results back then as well, I need to know what we are dealing with ASAP because not knowing is driving me nuts.
I had a phone appointment with a GP this afternoon and he told me that he thinks I'm heading in the right direction,he thinks the pain in my ribs is inflamed muscle from coughing and it should settle down with ibuprofen and he also advised me to buy an OTC cough medicine to help with the cough,I asked if I can go back to work and he said I feel ok in myself then he doesn't see why not but to check that work are happy to have me back without another test and with a cough. Today I feel the best I have felt since I became ill so I'm ready to go back to work and get back k to normal. He told me to keep an eye on myself and if I'm still having the same symptoms in a week to make another appointment. So I will just wait and see how it goes 😊 Sunday is a good day to go back because it's not so frantic and I then have two days off followed by a late then a long day on Friday followed by a weeks AL so I can ease myself in gradually, apparently it's really busy so they will need me
Im going into town tomorrow because I need a few bits of shopping, when I went to Superdrug last week I forgot my body lotion and have now run out. I also need some storage boxes so will pop into Wilkos and get a couple in thereOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8945
