The insurance company  for one of my dogs didnt put she was covered for illness on the policy! I rang them and they assured me she is and it was there in black and white and they would resend the policy docs. I still couldnt see it so phoned them again and again said it ws all ok she was covered and they would confirm in email which they did so I had it in writing that she is covered. About 6 weeks later I had another email to say they had mede an error on her policy documents. I do wonder if my phone calls alerted them to the mistake. I certainly pay enpough for accurate paperwork. (£160 a months for 3 older dogs) and this was one of the best known pet insurance companies.
Well done to you dd you must both be thrilled.
  • Well done to DD a great result.
Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.

  • When I was renewing my dog’s insurance I found it quite confusing what was and wasn’t covered. Boo to having to pay a sizeable amount out 😩
I know, it's a mine field knowing what to go for, it's more expensive and harder to insure her because of her age 😟

That's terrible, I hate insurance companies because they always try to weasel their way out of paying, I went with this company because they had won awards for their service, I now realise they don't mean much
Me and DD are over the moon with her results, she deserves it though as she has worked hard 😊
