It has been lovely here. Not sure why we are having such freak weather but it is warm enough for the paddling pool to be out, which is so strange.
Sorry, you are in pain. It is the worst thing and such an impact on everything. Glad you managed to get some food even if it wasn't the quorn chicken pieces. Did you manage to get the worms?

Was it busy at the shops? I need to buy some food tomorrow and I always feel nervous about going.

I think if the wind died down it would be really warm, it's ok if you are doing something but gets a bit chilly if you are just sitting down, I did get the worms which in the grand scheme of things was the most important thing on the list, the 🐓🐓will do anything if it involves worms, so if I need to get them back in the run it's a good way of bribing them 😂

I'm glad I bought them now because I won't have to wait to get some when the weather does warm up again, we went to the local Mr S in the town centre and it wasn't too bad at all,I am thinking though that the next time I need shopping I'm going to try Mr M as they seem to have better stock levels of vegetarian food, it's just the fact that it's across the other side of the city that puts me off ,my local bus does go from my road and stops outside though so that's a bonus

I have had quite a nice afternoon and evening, I tidied the kitchen and emptied the bins, got a load of washing done and dried, cleaned out the 🐓🐓 and DID SOME SEWING🎉🎉🎉  I didn't fancy much for tea and couldn't be bothered to do much so I bunged a couple of spuds in the oven and had one for tea with lots of butter and cheese and I am taking the other one to work tomorrow, we were all given an Easter egg at work yesterday,I'm sharing it with DD so I had half an Easter egg for pudding ( it was only a little one honest) 😀
After tea we took B for a lovely evening walk through the fields then I came home and had a nice hot shower to try and ease my aching body, I did feel a bit more relaxed afterwards

I'm working tomorrow so I'm off to bed in minute,I hope you all have a lovely sunny day tomorrow so you can enjoy your garden if you have one xx

Hope work is ok and you are doing ok.
I bet they are really glad that you got the worms for them. Shame about the compost but maybe next time you will have room to pick that up and get done what you need.
    Have a lovely day x

Sorry to read that work is causing you so much stress.  Hope it's better for you today.

Your garden chairs sound lovely, hopefully we'll get another good summer this year and you'll get to snooze in the sunshine.  I've ordered loads of bits and bobs online but they are taking forever to arrive.
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)
