You really are on a spree!
We have had horrific snow here. Our town was on national news because of the gridlock. We still have about a huge amount on the paths. Supposed to rain tonight though so hoping most is gone tomorrow.
I was rater annoyed, lost nine hours pay and was worried I wouldn't make it to London to see a show I booked back in Nov! Luckily my bil gave us a lift to the station in his 4x4 and he trains were running. No snow in London at all, very odd! LolDebt free Feb 2021 🎉0 -

I'm definitely on a roll when it comes to getting rid of stuff and I'm not stopping until it's all gone,my living room looks so tidy now I've trimmed down the ornaments and sitting here now I can see at least 4 more things that can go as well,is there an opposite to hoarding :rotfl:
Our snow wasn't bad enough to cause much disruption and it's all gone again now thank god,it is annoying when you lose pay, last year the people I work with that couldn't get in had to make their hours up or use annual leave, living in the same city that I work in means I can at least walk if it snows although when I did it last year it was hard work and took me an hour and a half to get there and two to get home from what I can remember,I'm not in a hurry to repeat that again:(Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1201 -
Phew lots done today,DD cooked the tea and I did the ironing, one bonus of having the heating on is that all the washing done yesterday was dry by this afternoon so it's now ironed and put away
The dogs been out for her walk and the chickens have been cleaned out fed some warm mash and watered,I gave them extra deep sawdust because it's so cold when I went and checked that they had gone in for the night they were snuggled up together I got three more eggs as well, two must have been yesterday's and one for today,so I was able to have egg on toast for lunch,I didn't do any baking because I'm being too naughty with my food and need to lose weight, imway over my goal weight now so it's back to the diet for me
I'm also trying to develope habits, instead of setting goals of things to do I'm trying to set habits,so for instance I have a nasty habit of not washing the dishes that are left in the sink before bed,so my new habit is to make sure the kitchen is tidy before bed, also the living room is given a quick tidy before bed,it's so nice to come down in the morning to nice tidy rooms and it makes it easier to get ready in the morning if the place is tidyOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1201 -

I know I will always have to keep a check on myself becasue the urge to spend does creep back in if I'm not vigilant,it's not bad as it used to be especially now I'm decluttering everywhereOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1201 -
It was my day to have DGS today so I've been busy busy busy,he was on top form today and very funny,we went to visit my friend for coffee so he had a nice time there playing with her stash of toys and books
I then had to go down to my local shopping center to buy some chicken food from the pet shop,I was supposed to order this to be delivered last Friday but totally forgot so I will now have to wait until I have another Friday off
I transferred the council tax refund into my emergency fund as well today so it wasn't hanging around in my current account,I'm going to hang onto it for now as im not sure what to use it for or if I really need to use it at all,I am tempted by the new radiator in the bathroom idea but I would rather think about it for a while,I don't want to make any rash decisions and then regret spending it later on
I'm not feeling great this evening for some reason, my pain levels have gone up so I've been relaxing on the settee and reading
I've got a long day at work tomorrow so need to be on form for that then I have Thursday off,I might be having DGS again on Thursday because he has yet another cold that he has caught from his Dad this time,DD is worried nursery will send him home if she takes him so I told her to see how he is and if he isn't any better he can spend the day with me and DD2,we are going to Ikea but I'm sure he will be fine snuggled up in his buggy
Hopefully he will be ok by Thursday and will be able to go to nurseryOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1201 -

Day off today and we went on our trip to Ikea,I just love this store but I was good and didn't buy anything I didn't need,I found some storage boxes to go in my bathroom cupboard and a loo roll holder, the boxes are white plastic and fit perfectly on the shelves ,I have been trying to find some for about a year now,I have my makeup bag on the shelf but it's old and scruffy and it's hard to find bits in there,so my plan is to get rid of the bag and sort through my make up so I only have exactly what I use left,at the moment it's full of old stuff that I don't even use,so a tidy up is due,I have about 20 items in the bag and I think I use about 8 of these items, the rest is clutter and probably out of date
I did want to find a bin for the recycling but couldn't find the one I saw originally but I have seen another one that is slightly bigger,it won't fit where I was originally going to put it though so I need a rethink
I have a larger cupboard in my kitchen that used to house my massive floor mounted boiler, this has been taken out so this cupboard was empty for a while,I've got a metal shelving unit in there at the moment with all the pet supplies on it plus the shopping bags are in there and other random items,I'm thinking the recycling bin would fit in the cupboard but first I will have to declutter it and rearrange the shelving, that is something I will be looking at in the next week or so,theni can get rid of the bag for life hanging on the cupboard door that currently houses the recycling
I'm working tomorrow so will be off to bed shortly as I'm shattered,I also think I might be coming down with DGS lurgy because I have had a sore throat all day and I keep sneezing,I do hope not because I haven't got time to be ill, I have dosed myself up with Echinacea and sprayed some First Defence up my nose,so hopefully that will see it off fingers crossed 🤞Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1201
