DD went to her house the first day of school summer holidays in July, found her collapsed and rang me at work. By the end of August she was gone. It’s about time a cure was found.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3

Happy Monday
Should be NSD 6/15 today, I had miscalculated my NSDs and have had one more than I thought. It will still be a spendy week though.
Totted up finances and underspent by £8.77 last week. This has gone into the Christmas pot which now stands at £608.95 so over my target of £600. Will keep adding to it until the end of November.
DGD's Christmas present arrived this morning. It's a huge Jellycat rabbit. I'd promised it her for her birthday and it was out of stock everywhere so have ordered it well before Christmas so not to disappoint her. To be honest it's a fair bit more than I'd normally spend on a present but she really wants this rabbit and keeps talking about it, has even planned where it's going to sleep.
Cleaning task today is the kitchen. Having leftover butternut squash dhal for tonight's dinner. Not been for a walk or run this morning, was too dark so will have to sort out something for later. Dog walking at lunchtime although might pop out earlier with her just to get some fresh air. Mr SA usually takes her for the morning walk so might go with them.
Have a good one 😎

Your DGD will be so happy with her rabbit! Good idea to buy it now in case they're all sold out nearer Christmas.

That’s Monday done.Took the dog for a couple of runs on the park to get my steps count up. Also did an arms workout after work. For some reason I’ve been really hungry all day, I feel better now I’ve eaten my curry. I get very low blood sugar from time to time and only carbs make me feel better so had some rice with it.I’m planning to get DGS’s Xmas present next then that’s the toys sorted well in advance just in case the predicted toy shortages come to fruition. I don’t have many presents to buy thankfully.Have booked a week off work in November, I feel like I need a break. I’ve already planned to meet up with my work friend on the Friday, I’m going to her house. Not told Mr SA I’m off yet in case I need a day to myself to go shopping, I can say I’m in the office 😉
Have received a £10 Amazon voucher because I recommend pet insurance to a friend and she bought it. To be honest I can’t remember recommending it but she’s bought it anyway. I’m going to use the voucher towards my next coffee pods purchase.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4 -
