I’m exhausted though, forgot how hard it is to go to work then come home and start again.Last night Mr SA fell over with his urinal and soaked the hall carpet. I was fast asleep but had to get up to clean up the mess 😩 He has been warned not to repeat this tonight.I do envy those who get help from their OHs, I get so fed up of having to do absolutely everything and still hold down a full time job. WFH has helped immensely with juggling this.
On another note the cat has eaten the dog’s food. They’ve not been fed all day, not something Mr SA would think about.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6 -
I feel your pain SA you have really got your hands full of wonder you are fed up4

Oh no! to the accident... really hope that doesn't happen again. It's been quite a lot of falls recently hasn't it? Do you log them to track any changes? I realise it could be just one of those blips of course. I can't remember what input he's had from the falls nurse but I found they were quite helpful when my Mum needed extra help. Of course getting him to comply with any suggestions might be another story!
Going in to the office sounds rather expensive! I expect it will become less interesting once you've been a few times though and you've bought a few pieces. Nice to have new things, though.Did you manage to pass on a bag of books to your friend?

The falls team and the incontinence team have been to see him a few times. His falls seem to go in spates, he doesn’t have one for a while then he has a few one after the other.
The shopping is the novelty of shops in town after shopping locally or on line for the best part of 2 years. The dog needed the collars, Mr SA needed the joggers, my top was an impulse buy. I only went in M&S to use the loo and saw the top on the way out, as you do 😆 It was only £12.50 though and I love it.I should’ve worn softer trainers, the ones I wore were a bit stiff hence the aching feet. When I was in the office every day I kept a pair of shoes in my locker to change into, not sure whether it’s worth it for once a week.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6 -
Happy Saturday 🥂

Slept well last night, was shattered. Not walking for miles today, staying locally. Need to pick up a few bits from local shops not much.Determined to finally get round to mopping the floors.Curry night tonight 😋 Will probably end up making butternut squash dhal again as it’s my favourite.Have a fab-U-lous day 😎I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6 -

Happy Strictly day - we watched it on catch up last week and it’s just not the same as watching it live……no idea why, as I’m happy to watch everything else on catch up if necessary.January spends - £587.584
