So impressed by how much you have done this week between 18,000 steps to the vets and back, booking holidays and sorting out savings - wow! Your holidays are something to look forward to🙂.paydbx2025 #26 £890/£5000 . Mortgage start £148k June 23 - now £138k.
2025 savings challenge £0/£2000 EF £140. Savings 2 £30.00. 175 -
I don’t think he noticed the keys missing, he can never find them anyway, he leaves them all over the place. He has a spare but I had the key to the gate padlock so he wouldn’t have been able to get the scooter out anyway. I think for once he actually took notice of me.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4

I think you did right booking your holidays when you did. Just seen on the news they are expecting bookings and prices to Soar this weekend.4

Happy Saturday 🥂🥳
Have been to big Mr T this morning as Mr SA is down to his last crate of beer and in panic mode. Needed bread so not just for the beer. The dog got a good walk out of it as well as me, just short of 8k steps for the round trip. It’s a beautiful sunny day so we are going out for lunch to a local pub. Got to make the most of nice days this time of year.Need to do some gardening this weekend. Also want to sort out the two cupboards of doom yet again.Curry night tonight butternut squash dhal for me, beef madras for Mr SA.Prosecco chilling in the fridge and Strictly is back, happy days 💃
On the subject of Strictly, pre Mr SA’s illness he wouldn’t watch it so I had to watch it on catch up. When he was in hospital for 9 months I finally got to watch it properly. The first thing I said to him when he finally came home was we watch Strictly now no arguments 😆 To be honest he’s got into it now, the old him would never admit to that.
Have a fantastic day 😁I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7 -

Have a lovely day]
Don't forget to dig out all Mr SA's new/unused/nearly new holiday items so you can reintroduce them as new when they pop up on his list.7 -
Happy Sunday 😎
We had a nice lunch yesterday then a potter around the local high street. We only went to Spoons but it was fine. The pub we originally wanted to go to was dead so we decided to go next door to Spoons where it was a lot busier. I can’t be doing with sitting in empty pubs, might as well be at home.I’m going to Lidl when they open for an electric grater. Been looking for one for ages, was beginning to think they didn’t exist. I hate using a box grater, usually end up grating my knuckles and getting out the big food processor is a faff. It’s one of their Sunday middle of Lidl things, providing it’s not a massive thing I’ll get it.Hoping to get a bit of gardening done before it starts raining. Still got the cupboards of doom to sort out. I’ve got loads of stuff for the charity shop. At some stage I suppose I’ll have to get my autumn/winter clothes out and pack my summer ones away.Have a good one 🙂I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6 -
Summer seems to be hanging on by the tips of its fingers this year. It isn't giving up without a fight 😀5
