Happy hump day, another lovely sunny day.

Have been for a run this morning, didn't even need my warm up jacket, don't get many mornings like that. Had breakfast in the garden and read a chapter of my book which was lovely and relaxing apart from the cat hassling me. When the dog appeared with her ball I knew it was time to come back in the house. My glutes are still aching from yesterday's squats and lunges so today's FitOn workout will be a stretching one. If it's hot again this lunchtime I'll do a bit of gardening rather than take the dog for a run.

It should be NSD 4/12 for September. No plans to spend anything today.

Cleaning task for today is the bathroom. Tonight's dinner will involve a sweet potato that needs using up, might make a Quorn chilli with sweet potato wedges.

Currently enjoying my Quorn chilli with sweet potato wedges. 4 portions of chilli made so 3 for the freezer if I can find room. 

Mr SA all set for the football tonight. I can’t believe they are already playing matches for a tournament that’s not going to happen until 2024 🤬

Instead of doing my stretching workout after work sat in the garden with a glass of wine enjoying the last of the sun and reading my book. 

Don’t talk to me about blooming spiders and their webs everywhere. Walked into several today in the garden and had one in my hair at one stage 😱 Also had an earwig crawling across my work computer screen which was promptly repatriated to the garden. Good job I’m not squeamish about insects apart from cockroaches (fortunately not seen any in this country but have seen several very large ones in Spain). 

The dog ate a bee and promptly threw up her dinner on the lawn.  Mr SA got the hosepipe on it meaning all he did was scatter it about. I ended up sweeping it up with a brush and pan.

🤣🤣🤣🤣 Mr SA has just got DS to speak to me and confirm it was the Euros this year not the World Cup. Shows how much I know about football, all cups are the same 😆 So it’s the World Cup next winter apparently 😩

There’s no way in a month of Sundays I’ll top this week’s league. The woman at the no 1 slot has almost 6,000 points, I have just over 700. I topped last week’s leaderboard with 1500. So this is a different league altogether, obviously people with far too much spare time on their hands. I’ll be happy to stay out of the demotion zone 😆 I did once slide into the Pearl league briefly a while ago 😬

Happy Friday Eve 

Woke up to the sounds of the cat being sick on the bedroom floor 😐 Once again thank goodness for the vinyl flooring.

Have been for a short walk to fetch a paper for the £5 off Lidl coupon. Will be off to Lidl later this morning so it will come in handy. 

A couple of weeks ago I ordered a bag from Amazon, it should have been here by last weekend but nothing received. There was a note on the order saying Hermes had attempted to deliver it but something went wrong. Contacted Amazon yesterday and they are going to contact the seller to request a refund, told them I don't want a replacement, I don't want to wait ages for it. It was a bag I'd seen in the boutique where I got the magic trousers from and I wished I'd picked it up at the time then spotted it on Amazon. Mental note to make sure when I order something that it is delivered by Amazon not another carrier as this is the second time I've ordered something that hasn't turned up - I still haven't received the tea lights I ordered last December!

Will pick a workout from FitOn for after work, I've got 2 left to complete this week for the Tone & Tighten challenge. It's a long way to Lidl so will do plenty of steps too.

Cleaning is the bedroom. I also need to mop all the floors today. Tonight's dinner will be pizza and salad.
