Just catching up with your diary - it's a very busy place.  I agree with everyone that you are completely right to do the things you want to do.  You work so hard that you deserve your fun time.  I'm glad that you enjoyed a day out without and with Mr SA.  

Oh and I like the log burner look and down lights would look fab.

Last night we watched the film Me Before You. I’ve read the book and it was so sad I’ll admit I shed a tear. I knew what was going to happen so it didn’t have quite the same effect but still sad. Thought it was a really good adaptation though, even Mr SA enjoyed it, although I’m paying for it tonight as he’s put us a fishing programme on 😬

I enjoyed it too and it’s not normally my type of film. Fishing…does he ever fish? Mine has form for watching man stuff like forged in fire..it’s like every American has their own forge in their shed and makes swords for fun 🤣

That’s lovely @dawnybabes. I’m getting some good ideas now. It’ll be more end of next summer as the holidays abroad will be starting up again next year.

Last day of my leave, back to the coal face tomorrow. Will be glad to get back into a routine though. I’m more organised when I’m in work mode.

I don’t think today will be a NSD. Mr SA wants to go out for lunch, which would be nice tbh.

I need the give the spare room door another coat of paint and give the floor a good clean (laminate). Can start moving things back in then.

Just went into my Mr M order for tomorrow to add a few bits only to find I haven’t booked one. Thankfully my usual slot is free. This is how disorganised I am when I’m off work, does me no good whatsoever 😆
