We have at least three chimneys, lots of blasted pigeons, and have only had one bird incident in 15 years. Morning all, happy Friday 😁🎉
Have been for a run again this morning, got a bit wet as it was drizzling, still enjoyed it though. Well worth it for the endorphins it releases. I never actually feel like running but once I get going I enjoy it.
Today will be NSD 8 of March.
Trying a new PON recipe for tonight's dinner - vegan 'meatballs' and spaghetti. Mr SA is having his usual fish, chips and mushy peas.
Looking forward to putting my feet up tonight with a large glass of red wine.

@Sun_Addict ha know a few tradesmen like that but whilst they won't pay for jobs they also cba or they 'have a go' at something they really ought to leave to someone else. 😆
Likewise re running esp outdoors when the weather is bad or too cold/ hot don't mind the treadmill tbh put some music on and just do 30 mins maybe just me lol.4 -
