It smells amazing, exactly like a pizza 👍 I’ll let you know what DD thinks. What I like about the PON recipes is that they usually give an alternative to convert to veggie/vegan/gluten free.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5

We have gone into tier 4 as well. The annoying thing is our village and the town next to us have a low rate of infection but the rest of the county it’s high.As for foreign food, that was my dad, wouldn’t eat pizza, curry’s, pasta anything that wasn’t meat and two veg. I had the PON book, but like a lot of my things, they are currently residing at my DS,s house.x:j Debtfree and and staying that way.:j3-6 month emergency fund, No.61 £140.004

We started taking DS and DD abroad when they were 6 and 8. DS enjoyed trying all the new food, DD used to live on pizza and chips. One year we went to Greece as a change from Spain and DD wouldn’t even eat the chips there as they were too foreign. The Spanish chips were fine as apparently she didn’t think Spain was proper foreign like Greece 🤣🤣 She was (and still is) a nightmare with food.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7

The other half's dad won't eat foreign food. Definitely not a curry but he likes the rogan josh I cooked.
Will eat it if you didn't call it curry 🤣🤣🤣7 -
My hubby is a nightmare with food never known anyone be such a plain eater he’d never tasted broccoli until he met me his mam couldn’t cook she thought I was a genius god bless I still laugh at the shock on her face when I showed her how to use a stock cube couldn’t believe you cooked with them she just used to crumble them to make a drink and she had never tasted meat she said I only like meat in those square tins with tomato sauce on and she brought 4kids up I have no idea how9

My FIL accused me of feeding the ex “foreign muck” about a year or so after we were married. Given that I cooked mainly British classics such as cottage pie/ roasts/ toad in the hole / pasties, the comment was made on the strength of me serving up pasta once a week😆.paydbx2025 #26 £890/£5000 . I haven't eaten pasta in ages or pizza in even longer. Mum doesn't like either. I have cooked 3 roast dinners in the last 5 days. We did have Korma tonight. We eat so badly it is too embarrassing to admit it!Nevertheless she persisted.7

I'm loving the food stories. I'm blessed with the 'Ooh, new taste, let me try it!' gene, and so is DD. When she was a toddler the playgroup gave them Chinese food for a new experience and I can still picture her sitting on her own after the other kids were back with the toys, solemnly trying all the wonderful new tastes. This is the same girl who has the travel gene so it's stood her in good stead.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)
The sun's been out and I think I’m solar powered (Onebrokelady)

Both the other half and I like trying new foods when we are away on holiday. That is something we have missed this year.4

Morning all, last day of 2020🎉🍾
Obviously we’re going into 2021 in a worse state than we started it but hopefully will be ending it on a much better note 🙏
We usually go out for a nice lunch New Year’s Eve, unfortunately not this year ☹️
Have been to the big Mr T. We had freezing fog this morning and the pavements were thick with frost. Had to walk the long way round rather than my usual shortcut up and down the hills. Got most of the things I needed but forgot crumpets. They can wait until Saturday now.Payday today 🥳🥂 Will have to do finances shortly but I know where every penny is going so won’t take long. We’re having pizza, wedges and salad tonight. The Prosecco is already chilling in the fridge.Found a 28 day HIIT exercise plan on IG to start doing tomorrow so need to see if I can print it off. I find it quite amusing that I’ve got 14 followers on IG when I’ve only ever posted on there once - and that was just a picture of my leg in plaster last year 😆
Will need to take the dog out a couple of times, probably just the park across the road. No sign of the airer that should’ve come yesterday, goodness knows what happened there.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7
