Morning, happy MondayThe dog protests when I put her coat on because she knows it means she’s going for a proper walk not a ball throw on the park across the road. DD bought her a Christmas jumper but she won’t let us put it on her.Very foggy here this morning. Need to see how the weather pans out before deciding on today’s dog walk. Not sure if Hermes are delivering my heated airer today, I’ve had a message to say they’ve got it.Must buy the dog another tag today and my waterproof gloves for the park. Mr M delivery coming tomorrow so need to check what’s on there, don’t need much so should be a cheap one. Also need to sort out the freezer as almost defrosted a fish cake instead of a muffin for breakfast 😆 They do look very similar in the bag though.
Have a good day xI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)9 -
The dog has only been on the park across the road today. She prefers it though and gets a really good run. Will take her again before it gets dark. The Hermes delivery came sadly not the heated airer but the mop bucket I ordered at the same time. Have ordered the dog tag and waterproof gloves from eBay. The same gloves were twice the price on Amazon. So the grand total of £7.99 spent today. Could do with some long thick socks for my wellies though, my feet were really cold on the park.
The fog hasn’t really lifted today and it’s so gloomy. What a contrast to yesterday.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)8 -
It has been gloomy and cold here as well. Got a weather warning out for snow as well now.

The dog has been a pain since her second park run. She had a bit of a set to with an over enthusiastic puppy and I had to grab her collar to stop her running off. The owner came running over to retrieve said puppy full of apologies, not his fault the puppy just wanted to play. After that she just wanted to go home. Then she totally ruined my nice relaxing bath by crying to come in the bathroom and bringing her ball with her. A dog constantly throwing her ball in your bath does not make for a relaxing time. Now she’s squashed down all the cushions on the sofa to make herself a nest.Decided to use up a slice of the chestnut roast I made Christmas Day and froze for tonight’s dinner with roast swede and butternut squash, steamed veg and red wine and red onion gravy. Mr SA is having something ‘light’ again and his choice is cheeseburger and chips 😆
I got mixed up and thought it was Tuesday today and put the bin out. Had to hastily retrieve it when I realised it was only Monday, blooming Chrimbo Limbo 😩I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)11 -
I must remember to put our recycling bin out tonight. Usually emptied on a Friday but it is a Tuesday instead for the next couple of weeks.8

I have to keep referring to my calendar to see what date or day of the week it is too. Its a very strange feeling and I've been looking up the shop opening times before I go anywhere. Sun Addict your dog in the bathroom made me smile. I have a cat who is very needy, especially if the rain has stopped him going out much. He's been asleep most of the day so I will probably get a very early morning wake up call."Think of many things, do one"

Morning all, happy Tuesday (I think 😆)
We have snow ⛄️ Not a lot but it’s still falling. Have dug out my snow boots, I forgot I had them so a happy find. Those who’ve been reading my diary for some time will know I tend not to need footwear this time of year (broken legs) 🤣Mr M order coming shortly, quite a small order as still have plenty in. 3 subs but sensible ones, although won’t be keeping the thyme they subbed for the rosemary as I have plenty.Making a chicken casserole for Mr SA tonight in the Ninja. I’m having butternut squash and red pepper risotto. I roasted the veg last night so just need to make the rice.
Will be taking the dog out just to the park across the road today. Not venturing further as the hills are treacherous round here when it snows.
Have a good one ☃️I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6 -
Glad to hear you need snow boots rather than plaster cast. So much more comfortable. Sorry could not resist. Have a great day.7

I am quite envious of your snow. It is so pretty. We have sunshine and hardly ever get snow here in Cornwall.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free Wannabe, Budgeting and Banking and Savings and Investment boards. Well the snow was short lived as usual. It’s all melted now and just wet. Took the dog on the park but it was freezing and no pleasure at all. The dog was accosted by another puppy, everyone round here seems to have got a puppy all of a sudden.Pleased to be off work but I need to make a list of things to do or the time off will be wasted.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6
