Morning all 😁
Great idea badmemory. I try to get up when my Fitbit reminds me to move every hour (provided I'm not in a meeting) and walk around the house for a bit. Thanks to having broken bones in both legs now, I find if I sit too long they seize up so really need to keep moving regularly.
Ugh it's the dreaded dental appointments this morning 😒Check up first then hygienist. Not looking forward to it at all. On the plus side I'll get a few steps in and I need some things from Savers which is close by so will nip in there afterwards.
Chased my VDU glasses up yesterday and Boots couldn't find a record of them arriving. They are looking into it and will get back to me.
Saw a video for a vegan slow cooker dumpling stew this morning on Instagram (Good Housekeeping) and will definitely be making this for my dinner tonight, it looks so yummy. The cheat's pancakes were nice yesterday, ate half with some salad last night and having the other half for my lunch today. I think next time I'd make them with roast veg and something more tomato based for the sauce.
Exercise will be a run on the treadmill and Awesome Arms from the WW app. Plus dog walking. Can't wait to get my new iPad so I can see the WW app exercises on a bigger screen, it's a bit tricky sometimes on the phone as I have to put it on the floor to see the floor exercises, then if the cat appears she starts batting the screen, sometimes switching it off, little devil.
Work will be just catching up on a few bits, no meetings today.
Cleaning is bathroom today. I will admit I didn't do any cleaning apart from routine wiping the kitchen worktops and hoovering yesterday so the bedroom is still on the to do list.
Have a thrilling Thursday x

You do amazing to get your steps in every day SA. Having a dog helps I guess. I have a Fitbit and aim for 10k a day but in this awful weather I don't always manage it. Unlike @badmemory though I have to go out of the house as that also helps my mood as I need a change of scenery too. Sometimes I walk up and down the stairs in an effort to get my 10k in though.
WW app sounds interesting. I may try a YouTube exercise video if this bad weather carries on.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free Wannabe, Budgeting and Banking and Savings and Investment boards. Dental appointments done ✔️ Nowhere near as bad as I was making out 🤣 Got to go back to hygienist in 3 months as there is a tiny bit of gum disease in one area which she wants to see cleared up. Nothing to pay as I pay into a private plan.Nipped to Savers afterwards then took the dog for a good run on the park when I got back.Had an early lunch, now back to work.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6

Did a short run on the treadmill after work then the arms thing off the WW app. The cat was fast asleep but woke up when she spotted my phone. I put it on a stool so she couldn’t get to it. At first she just sat right in front of the screen then reached up, swiped the screen and paused my workout 🤣I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)10
