The further away park was packed out, never seen it so busy. The Christmas market starts there next weekend so will be even worse then. It was (and still is) a beautiful sunny day perfect for a long walk. Need to move the greenhouse parts down to where it’s going right at the bottom of the garden, looking forward to getting it done, seems ages since I bought it.
Only spends today have been on a paper.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6 -
Had a pretty chilled afternoon, didn’t do a lot. Steam mopped all the floors and tidied up. Made some curried cauliflower soup for next week’s lunches. Watching the Strictly results with my feet up right now and the dog on my knee. Need to get an early night as I’ve got to do the work stats tomorrow morning and need to log on early to run the reports from the database. Then I have to do the beast of a spreadsheet. Why did I volunteer to do this job, what was I thinking 😩
Have decided to put up the Christmas decorations next weekend. Usually put them up the first weekend in December but it’s as near as dammit.

Morning, happy Monday 😎
Work data reports run, didn't take long this morning thank goodness. Will be tackling the beast spreadsheet shortly. Should be a fairly quiet week work-wise, not a lot happening.
Plan for today other than work is:
Spanish
Take the dog out
Clean kitchen and dining room
Exercise will be one of Joe's workouts and Head to Toe Pilates from the WW app
Having leftover chickpea, tomato and spinach curry for dinner tonight
Need to do finances, will have enough for iPad today 😀 All I have to do now is wait for a Black Friday deal
Finalise Mr M order as didn't do yesterday
Today will be a NSD, no plans to go anywhere.
Have a magnificent Monday x

Morning, happy Tuesday 😊
Mr M order coming shortly, lots of subs/missing items so it will be a trip to the big Mr T either tomorrow or Thursday. I don't mind a potter round there tbh and it gets my steps count up first thing.
Now I've saved enough for the iPad the next item on my hit list is a new oven. As I've mentioned before although mine is only 3 years old it's been rubbish since the day it was fitted, burns everything even at very low temperatures. Any recommendations for brands would be most welcome. I've always had a double oven but the one I've got now is a single one, not sure whether I should go back to a double one, never had any problems with it and it lasted over 15 years.
To do today:
Spanish
Take the dog out
Clean bathroom
Make Mr SA a chicken casserole in the slow cooker, I'm having quick prawn tagine trying a new WW recipe
Didn't do the Joe and Pilates workouts yesterday, did a treadmill run instead, so will probably do them today
Work wise just got a meeting this morning then will catch up on bits and bobs.
Have a good one x

We have an Electrolux double oven in this house and it is really quite good. Much better than the Bosch oven we had in the last house.
In fact we had a Bosch double oven and Bosch gas hob and both had numerous problems. On the back of those appliances we vowed not to have Bosch kitchen appliances again.
This new build came with the Electrolux double oven, Electrolux 6 burner gas hob and Electrolux extractor fan and cooker hood. All have been great so far. The only slight niggle is that the cast iron pad supports on the hob are a !!!!!! to keep clean.6 -

We have a single built in Neff Oven now with combined microwave/grill above which is also Neff. The oven has a hide and slide door when open which is great. Only two years old but never had any issues with it. I think our old double freestanding Electrolux was about 12 years old and we never had issues with that either. We were quite happy with it but we changed to a built in when when our kitchen was replaced 2 years ago.
Is your oven a fan oven? Enjoy your iPad.
