I'm sorry to hear about your sad anniversary - sending hugs xx
I don't think people tend to get sniffles with covid, do they?
I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)
The sun's been out and I think I’m solar powered (Onebrokelady)

Sorry about the sad anniversary - it must have made it very scary when Mr SA was diagnosed. Raise a glass and keep the happy memories in your head today.
I’m pleased you had a good holiday but it sounds as if you just got home in time. Hope you feel better soon .January spends - £587.587 -

Best win so far - holiday to Florida7 -
Yes Milann it was like deja vu when Mr SA was diagnosed but lucky for him I knew the signs from my mum which, according to our GP, saved his life.
On a happier note I don’t have any Covid symptoms but plenty of the common cold. I don’t feel great but not coughing, no temperature and still have sense of taste.Terrible to hear about the Cardiff flight where 16 have tested positive and reports of Tui staff not bothering about people not wearing masks. I must say Jet2 were super strict about everything to keep passengers safe on our flight. The photo is of the beach where we sat a few times, hardly anyone there it was so peaceful 💕I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7 -
That looks lovely. So glad you had a good time. You really deserved that holiday.
The Cardiff flight - What can you say. People who are just so sure that they are not going to be infected and not giving a damn about anybody else. Sadly, it's happening everywhere. Mostly people are complying but you always get the few idiots. The news footage from Berlin was really scary. How can people say this isn't happening - it's a hoax. Totally beyond my understanding.Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.5 -

Glad to see that you're back and had a lovely holiday. Sorry to hear though that it's a sad anniversary for you today.I read today that there was a survey done on those who won't wear face masks and the result was that they're more likey to have malevolent sociopathic traits!
I hope your cold feels better soon. Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

Onebrokelady - Hope I didn't frighten you. There was a big demonstration at the Brandenburg Gate and people tried to storm the Reichstag. Some are denying that there is a virus and it's all a hoax and others are protesting against lockdown measures, wearing masks, etc. It wasn't just Berlin. Other places as well including London and Paris. I was just trying to make the point that there are people everywhere who are putting people at risk. I'm sure your daughter's friend is fine. So sorry if I alarmed you.
Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.7
