I love the way the dog appreciates the gks 😂😂😂
😳 to Mr SA forgetting about his sunglasses. I can see why it’d be dangerous for him to cook - he’d forget he’d put things on the cooker 😳😳

Morning everyone 😎
Up super early today, was nice to sit and read my book with a coffee for longer than usual. Have done today's WW app activity of the day which was yoga. Mr M order coming shortly, 1 item missing, 1 sub. Very pleased to get an email saying the Wilko order is coming today, only ordered yesterday lunchtime 😀 It's going to be like Grand Central Station here today because I've also got a Roko box coming from Amazon - as recommended by DS so I don't have to get an aerial for the TV in the dining room, be it on his head if it doesn't work 🤣
Had a really blocked up nose in the night and had to put some vapour rub round it to breathe. This morning I feel a bit like a have a cold coming on and a tickly cough. Where I've picked this up from I don't know as I haven't really been anywhere and the GKs didn't have a cold when they came. Hopefully it's just one of those one day things.
Might nip to the big Mr T's today to pick up Mr SA's beer and the ingredients I need which were out of stock in Mr M online. It was really quiet last Tuesday after work. Will also get my step count up.
Have received my weekly report from Fitbit and my average daily step count has gone up to 13,302. Talking of Fitbits, DS had one on at the weekend and Mr SA decided he wanted one (I know!!!!). Either that or he wants an Apple Smart Watch 😒. I would be very surprised if he even does 500 steps a day. Told him they are very expensive and he wouldn't use it properly, would be a waste of money. Then he said it wasn't fair that I had a Fitbit and he didn't 😮 Thankfully he hasn't mentioned it since the weekend so I'm hoping he's forgotten - that is one battle he's not going to win!
Hope everyone has a good day x

If it helps Win the argument with Mr SA I decided not to use my Fitbit And said goodbye to it ( was old) , even to challenge mySelf to do 500 steps as it would be evidence against me not getting PIP. I know he would score highly - but does he remember that...As a dear MSE friend says “keep plodding” or

If he wants a fitbit, he can have my old one (no idea whether it still works!) as I stopped using it and switched to Garmin when Google bought them as there is only so much I want the evil empire to know about me9

Don't worry the Fitbit idea has gone out of his head thank goodness. There's no point in him having one, he just thought he was missing out because DS has got one.
The Roku box arrived and I set it up in about 10 minutes this lunchtime. Well what can I say other than it's the best £28.99 I've ever spent. My 'useless' TV in the dining room can now get several TV channels plus a host of other free streaming channels. Very impressed with it. The picture is so clear and much better than using the HDMI cable via my iPad. Finally I should be able to get Mr SA to actually sit at the dining room table to eat his dinner as he won't leave the TV to eat. He's been warned this doesn't mean he can sit watching TV in here while I'm working though. And he can keep his hands off the remote control 😁

We couldn't get reception in our bedroom and the Boy recommended a Firestick. I have Amazon prime and we can use his Netflix. It's great. We still have Virgin for downstairs but to be honest the channels are awful. Repeat after repeat. I think I might get rid of Virgin TV as well.Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.8

We got rid of Virgin tv and now just have Now TV. It was a lot cheaper and has a much better choice of programmes and movie channels. I can’t remember how much we paid as it was a Black Friday offer. I know an awful lot of folk that have left virgin media lately.I’m pleased Mr SA has forgotten about the Fitbit. I know my friend has a cheap stepcounter which he bought for about £15 on t’internet. Does virtually everything my Fitbit does.....January spends - £587.587

We have Netflix and Amazon Prime and watch them and Freeview a lot more than anything on Virgin. Obviously I need a really good broadband for work purposes so would stay with Virgin for that. Will definitely look into getting rid of TV part. It’s got to be something that doesn’t need an aerial. The TVs in the kitchen and bedroom run fine on indoor aerials although the TV in the kitchen will only pick up the Birmingham signal so can’t get local news.Nipped to the big Mr T after work, it was very quiet again but they didn’t have a lot of the stuff I went in for. I think I probably need a specialist supermarket or somewhere like Mr S or Mr O. Obviously Tuesday after 4pm is a good time to go though.Christmas Savings 2024 £252.38/£600 April NSD:2 April Surveys £7
