Best win so far - holiday to Florida6 -
Morning and here we are back at Monday again.
Achieved very little yesterday other than a bit of gardening. The weather was so hot and sunny I sat reading my book most of the day. Didn't even do Insanity instead I watched a WW live cook along on Zoom, they were making a zero point veggie curry and naan breads, looked lovely. Didn't even hit my steps target for the day, do finance or meal plan. On the plus side I've more or less emptied my laundry basket and got it all dried, ironed and put away.
Despite Mr SA discovering he has plenty of footwear for the holiday he's now insisting he needs a pair of canvas shoes. I'm loathe to order online as his feet can vary from a size 9 to 11 depending on style, his feet are very wide. He's talking about going into town and once again I explained the situation to him and that he might not be able to try shoes on, etc. I'm trying to persuade him that he really ought to make do with what he's got on this occasion as things are a bit unusual right now.
Although I really didn't feel like it in the least, I went for my run this morning and ended up enjoying it, came a different route back via some very steep steps at the bottom of my road which was a bit of a killer. I don't feel very motivated today so trying to get my mojo back in that respect.
The friendship group have set up another meet up in the park for this Saturday but I can't go as DS and the GKs are coming.
Yesterday was a NSD and today should be too, no plans to buy anything, got a Mr M shop coming tomorrow to top up supplies.

Still looking for my lost motivation but have done finances and last week had a very small underspend of £4.84 which has been sent to the VSP. Also sent £50 to the EF.
Still need to meal plan for the week. Have made some spicy carrot and lentil soup for this week's lunches and very nice and filling it is too. Really want to lose around 6lbs before holiday, stayed the same when I weighed in Saturday morning. Still got 1lb to go to be back within goal range and 6lbs to be back at goal.
Need to be a lot more focused this week on the diet and finances front.

The soup sounds excellent...I really need to get myself in the sensible diet mindset...I just had a crisp sandwich on buttered white bread and a Twix 😧...
shopping due to be delivered today, so the choices were limited!Back to work in a few minutes, so I can not think about food for a while. Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

I’m pleased you got to go to the friends group. It will take some inventive juggling to get to the meets and away from Mr SA but I really hope you manage to get to some.I think my Mojo must be having a mojo party along with everyone else’s. I did really well food wise a course of weeks ago but it’s slipping again....plus I haven’t looked at the bank accounts i was going to open and my suitcase is still in the middle of the kitchen floor from weekend.....on that note I’m off to shift it 🤞January spends - £587.587

Spoke to someone at work who felt the same as me, must be Monday blues. After work took the dog for a good walk while listening to Joe Wick’s new podcast which was very good he was talking to Gordon Ramsay. When I got home I did the WW daily workout which was only 10 minutes. Have made myself a huge veg stir fry for dinner using lots of bits and bobs left over from last week. Also did a fair few of today’s Fly Lady tasks. Will be sitting with my feet up shortly to watch TV then an early night. That’s Monday done ✅I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6

Morning folks 😎
Feeling slightly more motivated today but not much. Mr M order coming later, unbelievably out of stock on Mr SA's beer for the second week running!! Thinking about popping down to the large Mr T after work to pick some up as there are a couple of other things I could do with that for some bizarre reason I can't get from Mr M like butternut squash and garlic bread slices (why??) and Mr SA can come and pick up the shopping on his scooter, plus it will get up the steps count.
Last week's average step count was down at 12,159 average per day. It was Sunday that ruined it when I was mostly lazing around in the garden reading my book and only did just under 8k.

Gosh I am in awe...... when I have a lazy day my step count is less than 2000 😱😱6

If my step count was anywhere near 2000 I'd class that as an extremely good day! (horses for courses and all that jazz)I Believe.....
