Morning all, happy Tuesday 😎
I'm thinking about telling Mr SA it's a women from the WW class meet up, I think he'd be ok with that. What I don't want is to tell him it's at a local park as I'm pretty certain he'd follow on his scooter with the dog and keep scooting past. So I'm going to have to get my thinking cap on because he'll ask where it's taking place. This is why I often don't end up doing things because it's just not worth the hassle. I should really just tell him this is what I'm doing, tough if you don't like it. Years ago the sulks, sly digs and strops would have bothered me, I should've put my foot down a long time ago. I just feel so trapped, even more so now I'm working from home. It's annoying because I've actively encouraged him to get involved with Men in Sheds and similar things and he's not interested.
Mr M delivery coming today with quite a few subs and can you blooming believe it Mr SA's beer missing again. However, not the end of the world as DD can pick some up from work but I find it very hard to believe that they have no Carling lager in their warehouse.
Mr SA asked DD if she had any spare face masks and she gave him a disposable one - he tried it on which means it's now completely useless 😣 Bangs head against brick wall. He's going to be a nightmare on holiday he really doesn't understand all this virus protocol.
Have found lots of exercise classes on my WW app so will be doing a Pilates class later today.

I am not surprised you feel trapped SA and I would feel smothered if I had to cope with a husband who resented me doing anything that didn't include him. As difficult as it may be I would stick to your guns and just tell him you are meeting up with friends. If you think he will follow then don't tell him where but putting your foot down and demanding time for yourself is important. Working from home gives you no respite from him and we all need that.

Ah, I feel for you. My ex husband was the same. I lost all my friends and for many years never went anywhere as it wasn’t worth the hassle. After many, many years I rebelled and had many innocent, but harrowing cinema trips and meals out with a friend I reconnected with, but was constantly looking over my shoulder. I was everything from a lesbian to having an affair, yet sitting at home on my own while he was out drinking was perfectly acceptable. The only thing that cured mine was a divorce and the stalking took a long time to stop. I have no real advice, the only thing I did was ignore everything and just did what I wanted regardless, But it took nearly 20 yrs to get to the point of not caring ☹️Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

You are going for a run on Saturday. It is a long one. Round the streets. Up hills. All very boring and of no interest to him!

Morning folks, happy Wednesday 😎
Went for a run this morning, it was a bit drizzly and cold but the deed is done 😀 It's getting easier I must admit and I ran for a bit longer today. I found a Pilates class on the WW app last night, only 20 minutes, so I did that. There's loads of different things on it all via FitOn and free on the app.
I'm going to tell Mr SA that Saturday afternoon's meet up is with the WW girls. Of course it will only go ahead weather permitting, they had to cancel yesterday's.
Had an email from Jet2 yesterday with the headline 'important information about your holiday'. My heart sank as I thought it was a cancellation but it was a change of flight time to 30 minutes later - I can live with that 😀 Obviously I'm a tad apprehensive about travelling in the current circumstances but feedback from those who are currently on holiday has been really positive. The airport lounge is closed temporarily, which we have a booking for, but they will open when demand increases at the airport.

I haven to say SA that it's really annoying me that you can't even go for a meet-up with friends without Mr Sa moaning. You do so much for him so he shouldn't begrudge you some timeout, I don't think he realises how lucky he is 😡Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8947

Thanks OBL. I wish I could just say this is what I'm doing without 20 questions. Also annoying is if I buy something for myself he wants something too and you all know how much he can pester once he gets something in his head. A few weeks ago I bought a running pouch to keep my phone/keys in when I go running. As soon as he saw it he had to have one even though he can barely walk let alone run. It's like having a 55 year old toddler.
Still on the subject of the WW app exercises, I did a 10 minutes arm session earlier on and have noticed that there is a Today's Activity, today's being Total Body Yoga Flow, it's only 24 minutes so will give it a whirl after work. I do like the idea of a different short workout every day. I'm working on getting my average daily step count back up, I know they won't get up to when I was walking to and from work levels but I'm on a mission. Last week's average was 12,530k a day which is 322 up on the week before. This week I'm aiming for 13k a day average.
On the subject of WW the Express Workshops are starting to open. They sound a bit of a faff though and I don't have plans to attend one until I get back into goal range or I'll have to pay. Only 1lb to go though so do-able.
Money-wise today will be another NSD #3 of July.
