I wish, it’s only because he’s run out. I thought he might ask me to fetch some from the local shop but he hasn’t. On the minus side he’s thinking about getting a bike again 😩I managed most of the Fly Lady tasks today, mainly after work. I do tend to peak at the beginning of the week and trail off though so we’ll see how it goes.Booked on to some Carers Week talks being run by work including mental wellbeing and resilience. Hopefully will be useful.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)9

Morning folks 😎
Yes OBL he knows he had too much to drink the other night or he wouldn't have run out of beer, it usually lasts him all week. I just follow the Fly Lady thread on Old Style Money Saving thread in the forums. You just get a list of jobs for the day to try and work your way through depending on how much time you have available. I think the theory is that you get the majority of your cleaning done during the week so it frees up the weekend. Under normal circumstances I wouldn't get time apart from my work from home days but as I'm working from home full time right now I'm gaining back at least the 2 hours commute time so have time.
Mr M order coming at lunchtime, 1 item missing and 4 subs, sensible subs though so not a problem. Will need to go to Savers at some point this week, running out of stuff I can only get from there.
Took the dog on the park for a run earlier, it was lovely as we had the whole park to ourselves😁

The weathers changed - we live on a road that leads to some woods and we’ve noticed a big drop in the number of people walking past.Did DGD get her results ?Sealed pot challenge 822

Not heard anything about DGD’s test results from DS, he said he’d let us know as soon as they got them. Fingers crossed no news is good news 🙏
Just been to Savers and stocked up for the month (hopefully). It was busy and not a lot of social distancing going on. An old bloke just pushed in front of me in the queue waiting to pay - charming. Nice to see some of the little independent shops back open.
Mr SA has his scooter back and has taken the dog out on it twice. Unfortunately he wasn’t gone long enough for me to enjoy the peace and quiet.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)9 -
Hope you get good news soon.
Good news on Mr SA's scooter being back.
I hate going to the shops at the moment.
Hope he stays out longer next timeI am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. I came to see if there was news. I ill also seek out the Flylady thread. I have her app and get about 11 million e mails. I shall try harder! XX
Nevertheless she persisted.6 -
Morning all 😎
Still going strong with the Fly Lady, did it all yesterday. Today is an easier one - tackling the lounge.
Not been running this morning as it was raining so it will be a treadmill run after work today. Will have to take the dog out at some stage, although Mr SA is able to take her out now, she doesn't get the good run she gets with me, plus it's beneficial for me to get some fresh air and move away from my desk for a bit.
Have a good day everyone.

Dropping in to say, I am in awe about what you have been dealing with since I was last reading, especially Mr SA - Caring is a really tough job that you cannot run away from, and you do with such courage.
Hope you hear soon about DGC results.
