I loved the Bay City Rollers too, had the tartan scarf and long stripy socks :rotfl: My friend was going to marry Les McKeown, she's embarrassed about it now :)

And fast forwarding it to the 80s - John Taylor from Duran Duran, Phil Oakley from Human League and David Sylvian from Japan - I did like the pretty boys :D

    Morning all, happy Monday :)

    So another week begins....

Planning to attempt to walk to the local shops again today with a stop off at the coffee shop. I've got to keep trying. Hospital tomorrow and I'm going to go by bus so there will be some walking involved, not too much.

As it looks like I won't be back at the gym for a while I'm focusing on what I can do exercise wise. I've got the treadmill and bike, plus the 30 day challenge app and walking with this heavy boot. So from today onwards I'm going to do something every day. I was doing the 30 day challenge every day last month but the exercises are very repetitive so I'm going to do them every other day with something else the days in between. I won't go mad though, don't want to jeopardise my recovery.

Had a count up and we're going to Lanzarote 12 weeks tomorrow :j Need to be under WW goal weight and walking normally by then.
