Unfortunately not all food Buffy, there was a bottle of gin and some garden plants in there.
Meal plan done for the week, living out of freezer (this is just for me):
Soup for work lunches: carrot, swede and lentil
Sunday: salmon, new potatoes veg
Monday: veg chilli and potato wedges
Tuesday: Cherry tomato risotto
Wednesday: scampi and butternut squash wedges
Thursday: Stir fry
Friday: Mediterranean cod
Saturday: butternut squash, chickpea and spinach curry
Mr SA, DD, the dog and cat have a huge chicken between them tonight, needs to go in the oven soon.
Need to track on my WW app all week.
Also need to have two fairly frugal weeks food-wise to come under budget at the end of the month.
Exercise this coming week will be (on top of walking to and from work - weather permitting!!):
Monday: run in work gym
Wednesday: Zumba and Yoga
Friday: run in work gym
Mr SA has spotted some sandals which are "just what he needs" in the Lidl magazine. I've put my foot down on the weather station he also wanted, he never thinks about whether we can afford these things or not
He's also moaning about us not going on holiday until September. Reminded him he's lucky to have 2 weeks away a year, if it wasn't for me working he wouldn't be going anywhere.
Wardrobe sorted out, t-shirts now neatly folded in a drawer to free up some space.
Finances done £2.58 sent to VSP which now stands at £319.75, 70p change left in purse has gone into holiday handbag fund.
Must do this week:
Quotes for dog insurance before renewal date
Find a window cleaner (not been cleaned for 2 years )
Send off carer's theatre pass form
Mr SA has had beer from DS and DD for Father's Day. No comment.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

It is important that we know where we come from, because if you do not know where you come from, then you do not know where you are, and if you don't know where you are, then you don't know where you are going. If you don't know where you're going, you're probably going wrong.

That's Monday done

Been a busy one as usual. Went for a run at lunchtime, really must buy some new running trainers when I get paid, they're about worn out - bit like me
Low spend day today, less than £2, plus AFD1 of the week

That's Tuesday done

Another low spend day £1.08 plus AFD2 of the week. Pretty boring really
Had a change and went on the cross trainer at lunchtime, prefer running though.
10 days to payday - looking forward to putting my savings plans into action.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
You're very good with all the exercise you do :T. It must be good for weight management, stress levels and it must help you to sleep well. All I do is walk and scrub tables and I haven't been to Pilates for weeks

I've been like it all my life HH even when I was a child I would walk miles every day. I used to be very popular with local parents in the school holidays back then as I would take assorted children plus dogs with me on marathon walks and we'd be gone all day. I feel sluggish if I don't do it. Hopefully it's doing me good, although probably why my feet are in such bad shape.
Tomorrow it's Zumba and yoga but Thursday I'm having a rest day - working at home and doctors for the healthy heart tests and bunion.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
Absolutely shattered tonight. So busy today helping out at an event at work. Did a high impact Zumba class as well as yoga, was running back and forth all day. Had a diabetes risk check which came up as not at risk, had body fat monitored and BMI is 21 which is good. Blood pressure check was a bit high but probably down it being taken just after the Zumba class and zooming to Mr S at lunchtime. This was all at the event today, hopefully blood pressure will be normal at docs tomorrow.
It wouldn't surprise me if my blood pressure was sky high as the stress Mr SA gives me is unbelievable, the constant time checking and hassling for stuff drives me potty
I know I shouldn't let him get to me but it's the constant chipping away
Anyway I'll see what tomorrow brings.
In other news, my work bag handle snapped on the way to work this morning
Managed to carry it under my arm but had to go to Mr S to pick up a replacement at lunchtime. It was only £4 though so not complaining.
Coventry BS ISA all going through, I've had 5 letters from them in the past 2 days  At least they're thorough

Try and get some rest tonight SA, you sound like you've earnt it.
I'm not surprised Mr SA stresses you out, I'm sure some people would have murdered him by now .
I'm glad you managed to get a new bag so cheaply
