Have fun with the grandkids.
I do feel for you having Mr SA wanting his meals on the dot. I have visions of him being given one of those gadgets that rewards bored dogs with an edible treat every time they solve the problem... except he might then be ringing you to say it's nearly empty. Can't believe it's Smonday already
Where has the weekend gone to?
At least the weather has been nice today and I've emptied the washing basket, although right now it's sunny, hailing, thundering and lightening all at the same time!
Finances done - a miracle has occurred and I'm £3.13 under budget for groceries this week
This has gone into VSP which now stands at £317.17, target for this month is £350.
This week's meal plan:
Soup for work lunches is tomato, pepper and lentil
Today: Roast salmon with za'atar
Monday: tomato and chilli risotto
Tuesday; stir fry
Wednesday: Veggie sausages, roast veg
Thursday: Mediterranean aubergine rolls
Friday: tuna steak, butternut squash wedges and veg
Saturday: might make a pizza
Really need to get back on WW plan now, I haven't settled down to it properly since I came back from holiday.
Got a really busy week ahead as I'm helping with an event but I'm working from home Friday so looking forward to that.
Hope everyone has had a good weekend, will catch up with diaries later.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

That's Monday done

I was so tired this morning it was like torture getting up for work. Really busy day too. Will be an early one tonight.
Weather has been atrocious here, torrential rain, got soaked on the way home, should've caught the bus really.
Went for a run in the gym at lunchtime and AFD so 2 boxes ticked there. Yoga and Zumba tomorrow, Pilates Wednesday, another run on Thursday, collapse in a heap Friday.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
That’s Tuesday done

Still raining
Got soaked twice today
Super busy today at work helping with an event, don’t think I sat down for more than 10 minutes. Felt like just putting my feet up and reading tonight but of course that’s not going to happen with Mr SA worrying about his dinner and will it be on time, sometimes I could scream. I wouldn’t mind if he helped out a bit but he just sits there staring at the tv all day.
So yoga and Zumba done plus another AFD. Low spend day only bus fare to work as it was pouring down, walked back.
Roll on Friday.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
