Oh no - doesn’t sound too good for Mr SA sister. Here’s hoping for some good news.

Does Mr SA seem to be falling more or is it just coincidence there’s been a few at once.

I think you’ll deserve your long weekend.

  • QHi SA,I've been reading your diary for a while so thought I'd pop in and say hi, I'm sorry to hear about Mr SA having another fall and his sister being poorly, hopefully it won't be anything too serious

I must say your diary is really interesting and has had me laughing out loud with some of Mr SA s antics, you cope with an awful lot more than I would be able to that's for sure
Also I'm glad you decided to buy a trolley,I live in a university city with a massive Asian student population and they are all really fashion conscious but they all use shopping trolleys, even some of the boys,so I bought myself one,I thought if all the cool young people have one then why can't I,it's been a godsend for me

    Evening folks and thanks xx

Hello onebrokelady I've seen you on other diaries, thank you for your comments. Will look out for your diary :)

SIL had a scan last night and there's pressure on a nerve at the back of her head. She is seeing a neuro surgeon tonight, not sure what's happening at the moment, it's all very worrying.

Then this afternoon got some more bad news. A lady I used to work with in my old office had myeloma last year, went through all the chemo, stem cell transplant, etc in the same wards Mr SA was in. She came through it fine and returned to work last month. She and her hubby went on holiday and she's had a freak accident and fallen and badly damaged her back and liver and is in an induced coma in Spain :( Just awful. She's a lovely person and has been through so much, it's not fair :(

Feel quite shocked and shaken tonight to be honest. What a rubbish week so far :(
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)
  • I'm glad SIL is seeing the neurosurgeon as they can find out what's going on and hopefully treat her.

I'm sorry about your old colleague, what awful bad luck :(. I hope she manages to recover.
