Happy Friday
Well I didn't get through the sift for the first job, it was on level transfer not promotion as I suspected
However, there's another one to apply for next week plus there are quite a few coming up so all is not lost
Didn't go to the gym today as planned, as it was such a lovely day went for a walk in the sunshine along the canal, it was a shame to be indoors.
Not going to WW tomorrow, somehow have promised Mr SA we'll go for a coffee locally, then Aldi, he's looking forward to it so can't go back on my word. It'll keep him quiet for a while though.
Bought some paint for the dining room from Wilko on the way home from work, went for a pale green in the end, which is the colour I wanted originally.
Mr SA is confused tonight and is talking about stripping the dining room this weekend. Too late - we did it 2 weeks ago!I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

I belong to a FB group for people with Primary Central Nervous System Lymphoma (what Mr SA had). I posted on there yesterday with the good news he's still in remission. I'm now being bombarded with questions from people in the US wanting to know which treatment he had. It's awful, I really feel for them, they have to pay a fortune for the treatment there. We are so lucky we have the NHS no matter how much we moan about them.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0
