  • Sorry to hear about Mr SA, hope he'll be okay.

It's a shame they cover so much ground on the BSL course. I cant imagine that many people would be able to absorb so much information in a short time. It's good that you can remember some basics though :).

That sounds a pretty intense BSL course. It’s a pity the course doesn’t follow through with a link or website for future reference. We use Makaton at work but it’s surprising how easily I forget signs if I haven’t used them for a while. We have access to a website if we need it.

I’m pleased Mr SA seems to be no worse - must be such a worry.

We have a smart meter and at first we were checking everything - the novelty soon wore off :rotfl:

    Happy Friday :)

The deaf lady seemed to think I was fluent in BSL today. She was signing away to me, I had no idea what she was saying

Did some proper work today LOL.

Gym at lunchtime, went for a run, enjoyed it. NSD today too.

Mr SA has had another headache but only fleeting, stabbing pains behind his ear. He's keeping a record just in case. Otherwise he seems ok. Fortunately I know the brain tumour signs and he's not showing them at the moment thankfully.

Quiet weekend planned, no GKs this weekend.

    Happy Saturday :)

Lost half a pound at WW, not much to some but a lot to me, just half a pound to goal now :) Then I want to go 5lb under for holiday.

Really windy here today but sunny.

Will look at finances tomorrow but have been keeping a track all week. I forwarded my spreadsheet to myself at work so I can update it every day which has kept me on track.

Contacted the seller about Mr SA's faulty wallet and they're going to send a replacement.

Have made myself a pizza from a flatbread tonight to keep the points down. Going to have it with home made potato wedges and salad. Mr SA has got a normal pizza.

Hope everyone is having a good weekend so far :)
