Morning - just 😎

Mr M shop arrived at 7am, no missing items or subs. This week’s freebie was £2 off shampoo or conditioner so picked one for £2. I get through tons of the stuff so very welcome. 

I wanted to get my steps in early because of the heat so, as I will need some beetroot burgers for Saturday, decided to kill two birds with one stone and walk to Aldi. Glad I did because they’ve got the lightly dusted yellow fin sole back in stock - finally 🥳 🥂 It said “new” on the shelf which they aren’t, they’ve just been out of stock for ages. Bought two boxes. 

So that was 10k steps done and dusted before 9am.  Should hit at least 15k by the end of the day. 

Relaxed with a coffee and my book in the garden for a bit then filled up the newly emptied garden waste bin with the branches I chopped down last week. 

Did enough Spanish learning to shut Duo up for a bit. 

Doing a live bums and tums session at lunchtime and resistance band session at 5pm. In between that I will be sitting in my hanging chair enjoying the sun, reading and generally living my best life 😆

Mr SA and the dog are watching TV in the living room with the blackout curtains closed. It’s like a cave in there.

Curtains closed. My DS told me off for having open windows (covered by blackout curtains) yesterday.  I suspect he is right as we are currently plunged in doom but lower temps.  I think as you get older you find it harder to deal with the higher temps.  So far I'm dealing better today than yesterday - keep your fingers crossed.

Unbelievable 😩 Mr SA has just crashed into the living room door and pulled it clean off its hinges. Brand new door 🤬

He is constantly shuffling back and forth, he’s so restless it’s driving me nuts.

Omg to the living room door , I hope he didn't hurt himself . You have only just done the living room up .

It sounds like an episode of 'Some mother's do 'ave 'em' in your house atm @Sun_Addict. Are you able to get the door back on its hinges? Mr F managed this when my HQ door warped over time & came off. I had to hold it straight while he did it, but he did manage.
