Worked in the office today - a full day 😱
Today is NSD 9/12 - yes that’s 3 in a row, oh my days what’s going on. I was going to nip into Lidl on the way home but realised it could wait until tomorrow, nothing needed today.Today’s exercise is walking to/from work, 18,000 steps so far. Determined to get it up to 20k before sitting down for the evening.
Tonight’s dinner is lightly dusted cod with lots of veg.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3 -

You’re not clogging up my thread, I really feel for you, please feel free to vent. I joined a FB unpaid carers support group and a lot of people have horrendous stories that make Mr SA sound like a walk in the park. Great to see the local funfair back after 2 years away thanks to Covid. Can hear it from our garden. I’m glad the weather is dry for them tonight it usually rains when they visit. It’s a shame the GKs aren’t coming tomorrow as we normally take them and I get to go on rides with them.
