It's certainly another hot one in our neck of the woods today, @Sun_Addict. I've been out in the garden this morning already. I had a cold bath, threw on some cool clothes then sat outside in the shade to do my make-up. Best part of the day!
Re summer skirts, do you mean the longer, cotton crinkley ones which can just be twisted up in a suitcase & are instantly wearable? The only place I've seen that kind of thing recently is in my favourite big garden centre, which has quite a few clothes. It's the Bl*e Diam*nd one, but I think you don't drive so not a lot of use as a suggestion if you are on the other side of the county, which I think you may be.

Have you tried H&M, SA? They might have that type of skirt.

What is going on with the length of stuff in M&S? The jeans are really long now too, I’m 5”5 and have to buy the short length so they’re not dragging on the ground, what are smaller people meant to do?!

@foxgloves our local independent garden centre sells clothes but they are those massive one size fits all garments that would swallow me whole 🤣

@sashybo I tried there yesterday with no luck. Re M&S I’m only 5’1 but have normal length legs with a very short body. Their regular length used to be perfect but sounds like it won’t be now. I get my jeans from Tu normally as their regular length is just right for me.

Funnily enough I saw the exact skirt I’m looking for in the window of Bon Marche, I never shop there as they don’t go down to my size. I checked on the off-chance but it was too big.  Anyway I’m still not old enough to shop there 🤣

I think it will be something I come across when I’m not looking. It won’t be the end of the world if I don’t get one.

Same with a skirt I’m looking for, tiered gypsy style, long but not maxi, crinkle type fabric to travel in.

Have you looked at Women's & Men's Clothes, Shop Online Fashion | SHEIN UK?  They have a (seemingly) endless range of clothes....

Thought I saw a skirt in either Roman Originals or C*tton Traders. Hope you find one soon.

Yes but they are a last resort. I ordered a pair of sandals from them just to see what the quality was like. I would’ve paid half the price for the same quality in Primark.
