Happy Friday 🥳
Off work today. Have been to the hospital with Mr SA. The growth was pre cancerous, he had a choice of 3 treatments and has chosen a cream. It’s been caused by years of him working outside. Have spent almost £30 on taxi fares and coffees. He wanted to go out for lunch but I pointed out we’d already spent enough and have plenty of food at home.
As the weather is a bit overcast I’m going to crack on with some housework this afternoon before going to the hairdressers.Got back from the hospital to find two angry, ravenous cats waiting to come in. How dare I leave them when they hadn’t been fed for all of two hours 🤣

As you're so petite SA, have you tried teenage ranges such as Next who go up to age 16? Their 'long' skirts might be shorter IYSWIM.5

Happy Saturday 🥂
Beautiful warm sunny day, perfect weather for me.Went to the big Mr T this morning for a few bits then got home and noticed I hardly had any tonic water for my gin 😱 Went to the local high street £1.80 for a bottle of tonic water, no way!! Went back to big Mr T - 70p. It’s about 1.5 miles each way so have clocked up a fair few steps going twice.DS and the GKs came this afternoon for a couple of hours. I bought them some ice lollies but they wanted sausage rolls 🙄 Thankfully the Ninja came to the rescue and cooked them in under 15 minutes from frozen. Also thankful I had a stash in the freezer.Tonight’s dinner was pizza, wedges and salad. Home grown salad leaves but Mr SA has complained about there being a minuscule amount of coriander in his salad 🙄
The bikinis from M&co arrived today and fit perfectly thank goodness.
DD has had some sad news about a work colleague who has sadly passed away. DD doesn’t know the cause but the colleague had attempted to take her own life a couple of times recently. I hope she’s at peace now.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4 -

Morning happy Sunday 😎
Started off the day with a bit of short lived hope in the shape of an email saying I’d won a prize on last night’s lotto. I won’t be retiring on £5 plus a Lucky Dip 🤣 Oh well.
No plans to do a lot today. It should be NSD 6/12, half way to target.I think I’ll be spending a lot of time in the hanging chair with my book over the next 3 days. I tried to get tomorrow off work but the only other person who knows how to do the Monday morning stats is on leave. I’ve decided to just do half a day from home, long enough to do the stats and other bits first thing. I’m going to do the same on Tuesday.Making a Quorn lasagne for tonight’s dinner, eat one portion with some salad tonight then freeze the rest, always handy to have in stock for a quick midweek meal.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5
