We're in a relatively sheltered spot, so perhaps that's why ours are ahead of yours?I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

I've been picking lots of raspberries from the garden too. Blackberries have flowered and are just starting to be little green berries. I made raspberry coulis yesterday to go on home made ice cream.4

The wild blackberries in our local green space have loads of flowers on them so hopefully good year. I have had 4 strawberries of my new plant and plenty of runners have appeared so looking forward to next year.

Morning all, happy hump day.
There are absolutely loads of blackberry bushes growing wild in my local area. I keep hoping they will eventually make it to my garden.
Another day WFH.
I've been out for a walk this morning, went to the big Mr T for a few bits and clocked up 7,500 steps. I hate just getting up, coming downstairs and starting work.
The painter should finish today. He's done a really good job so far, the hall/landing/stairs looks so much brighter. It was a milky coffee colour before and I've gone for a pale cream.
I ticked a couple of things of my list yesterday. I contacted the hotel and they've noted my request. I contacted the mobility scooter hire place but they haven't responded yet so can't tick it off. I did a freezer inventory and am keeping the list with my meal planner pad so I know what's in stock and so will hopefully remember to cross things off/add things as I use/acquire them.
I did add a couple of jobs to the list though. I'm aiming to tick off a couple a day and have them all done by the end of the month.
The older cat is at the vets this morning for her booster. Mr SA will have to take her on his scooter with the painter being here, good job it's not too far away.
FitSteps class at 6pm, looking forward to that. Tonight's dinner is something quick and simple - scampi, wedges and salad.

Morning all, happy Friday eve.
In the office today. I've brought Friday a day forward by booking tomorrow off. I only had one meeting in my calendar and it got cancelled so I seized the opportunity.
The painter didn't finish yesterday, he's coming back on Friday. It looks finished to me but he's a perfectionist so I'll leave him to it.
I ticked another job off my list yesterday and listed all my herbs/spices/etc in my ingredients cupboard. OMG I have so many ingredients!
Today's exercise is walking to/from work and I'm hoping to fit in a Pilates/yoga session later.
Today should be NSD 3/12.
Tonight's dinner is veg chilli in a baked sweet potato with salad. Mr SA has requested baked potato with cheese and salad for his dinner tonight, he usually cocks his nose up at baked potatoes so hopefully he's remembered it was his request!

If anyone is after a slow cooker the Weightwatchers shop has a Salter one for half price at £12.50 for today only. I believe anyone can order from their online shop you don’t have to be a member. I have this slow cooker and it’s a good one. Sadly paid full price a while ago.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3
