Very cold wind here too although we do have sunshine too so not all bad. It’s supposed to get warmer from tomorrow but it’s the start of the school holidays so no doubt that won't last.
Leftover roast pork in a sandwich with some salad for lunch.
Dinner is ragu from my freezer stash, I haven't decided yet whether to just have it with spaghetti or do a lasagna for a change.

I had a really nice weekend, despite the migraine. I thought it was fibromyalgia, but I had a migraine with all the symptoms apart from the headache! I had such a nice Sunday roast yesterday.
I just tried to go for a walk in the park, but it started raining so I had to walk back. I have had a hot drink and avocado on toast so far. I bought some vegan steaks so I am going to make them with baked potatoes and whatever veg I have in the fridge.

Met a old friend who was a flat mate in the late 80s early 90s today the first time in several years who moved to Essex in the 90's and back up to Cheshire when she retired a couple of years ago. We did do some walking but tended to go from coffee to lunch to cuppa to dinner 😁 we did walk over 10,000 steps around the park so not all eating and drinking! I got home about 10.30pm all talked out and having to face a grumpy cat

Good morning everyone,
Grey and showery but less windy and much milder. I'm sore after yesterday's physio so a pottering day planned to let things settle. I'm needing to hoover etc. but that can wait for a couple of days.
HM soup again for lunch and I'm making ramen bowls using ready marinated chicken and bought stock & noodles so just need to sort out the various veg, boil an egg and cook some ITSU gyozas to have with it. Not the most MSE of meals but one we both really enjoy so a wee "payday" treat.

Dull but brightening up, supposed to be mild but feels chilly to me
Whatever I had yesterday never went, so I've not eaten for 24 hours, but not hungry either, once I feel hungry I'll get back to food. In the meantime it's liquids, water & some fizzy pop, don't fancy a hot tea / coffee
No CFO, letting my body sort itself and then back to normal once it has

I keep feeling cold too, a side effect of the migraine. I just had the heating on. I missed my class as I overslept as I was up half the night awake.
I'm having a smoothie and then avocado toast.

Lovely day here although there was a red sky this morning so no doubt some inclement weather coming our way.
I made a quick visit to tesco this morning and picked up some 15p veg. Got home in time for lunch which was a portion of soup from the freezer
Dinner is a chicken and broccoli stir fry with brown rice.

I hope you'll feel better tomorrow Farway.
I dropped off three large bags for EF belongings at the CS today, it was a little further out then the ones in town but its in a garden center with plenty of parking. I then picked up my repeat prescription and dropped off a very large bag of EF medication as I was told to dispose of her old stuff at home. The chemist we both used wanted me to remove it from the boxes and leave just the blister packs but there were so many so I dropped it off at another chemist a couple of miles away who took it as is.
Before coming home i went to Tesco's and picked up some 15p veg a small beef joint for a £5 (half price) and a half leg of lamb also half price for the freezer, plus a few other bits….. I had a £7 voucher from them.
Chicken salad for lunch using some of my LO chicken from Sunday. Spicy korean minced beef rice bowl with vegetables for dinner, i had some Sumac onions made on Sunday in the fridge so added them to the bowl.

Good morning everyone,
Hope you are feeling better Farway.
Back to grey and wet here and cooler than yesterday. My back has eased a good bit so plan to give the bathroom a thorough scrub so it just needs a quick once over at the weekend before the family come for dinner on Sunday. I also need to think about main meals for next week before DS2 and I decide our meal plan this evening.
Tuna or cottage cheese salad for lunch. Lamb curry from the freezer for dinner with rice and salad.

Back to normal agin, no idea what I had but 24 hours of nil solids had me sorted out.
I had a small salad last night and I've just had a bit of pork pie + salad bits for lunch
With Easter an the way I went for my repeat prescription, and then into Morries for a YS mooch and lurk. Some veg is 4P for card holders, I bought carrots & parsnips even though I have, also on offer, some on the way from Asda tomorrow
Plus half price half leg of lamb, on offer middle size Pork pie and YS battered haddock
I may have over done it because I also have half,on offer, salmon coming tomorrow. The lamb is vac packed so good until mid April, and the salmon I intend to portion up & freeze
My thinking is it is unlikely to be these prices in the foreseeable future, so better to get in while I can
Lunch as mentioned above
Dinner, YS Battered haddock + frozen AF chips + frozen peas
