Happy decision making N2BT 🙂
A unexpected expenditure today when my tyre pressure indicator came on this afternoon, it wasn't flat but it was going that way 🙄 I popped into the nearest garage as I don't trust Kfit and luckily they had a slot and took a look whilst I waited. There was a screw or nail in the tyre which they were able to repair so turned out not so expensive as i thought under £30 and they rebalanced, checked all the pressures and reset my sensor. It was good of them as I'm not a regular customer, just once about 4 years ago.I sauté some mushrooms and leek yesterday and added some LO new potatoes and made a mushroom, leek and potato omelette for lunch and had with beetroot salad.

Dull, and undecided if it wants to rain, or just be gloomy. Warm though.A bit of good news about tyre Brambling, when I had a nail it was in an area where it could not be repaired. So a new tyre was needed.Lunch, cheese toastieDinner, use up LO quiche, with use up saladEight out of ten owners who expressed a preference said their cats preferred other peoples gardens1

Cloudy skies but it's warm and dry so far so happy days. Went for a walk early on just in case the forecasted showers arrive.
Plenty leftovers for my meals today -
Lunch is a pasta salad with leftover tuna, mayo and some veg
Dinner is leftover rice pilaf, I may throw in some extra veg and a handful of prawns to bulk it out a bit.Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61

It was raining this morning when I went out and felt breezy and overcast. It heated up a lot and I'm feeling sweaty as it is horrible and muggy now. I've done over 15,000 steps today as well as I had a class and then an appointment afterwards. I fell asleep in meditation and in my reiki session.
I have had a smoothie, toast and an energy bar. I'm quite hungry so I might make an early dinner.1 -

Not much done today other than popping to Argos for a friend.
Lunch was the same as yesterday, mushroom, leek and potato omelette with beetroot salad.

Damp and feeling cool this morning, did warm up but the breeze made me keep my sweatshirt on!
Scrambled the eggs that were on their date to have on toast with some mushrooms that needed using for lunch. The LO fajita filling just got added to a fried rice after swimming, with some sliced avocado on top.Busy but good day 🙃0 -
Dull, dry & warm, at least the wind has dropped a bit and maybe sun will come outDecided to use up the squishy bananas in a banana loaf, now sat cooling, ready to sample at lunchtime.Lunch, sort of Ploughmans, LO lettuce, odd & ends of cheese etcDinner, very much TBD, I'll have a rummage in freezer laterEight out of ten owners who expressed a preference said their cats preferred other peoples gardens0

It's feeling much warmer here today so I went out early for my walk and stopped in at the shops on my way home for a couple of items that I needed.
The kitchen is the coolest place in the morning so I got to cooking a sausage, bean & mixed pepper stew for dinner tonight.

I just walked to the shop and back and it is muggy again. The neck fan I bought from Amazon works well. I have the bigger fan on too and feel cool indoors.
I just heard that my weekend class is cancelled and I'm quite glad as it is meant to be hotter.
I used the last of the cherries in a smoothie with banana, choc sauce and oat milk. I had a roll for lunch with avocado, lettuce and mayo.2025 GOALS

I hadn't realised that it was back to hot until I left at lunchtime to go and have a blood test for my annual GP review, this nurse left a bruise, at least she used the other arm for the hospital 😁
Shopping delivered this morning all present and correct with some flash sale 40% off, I think because they are short date. I'll need to think whether I used them pass my op recovery as my free delivery offer has now stopped and I'll be capable of going to a SM 🤨
