It is windy here but less cold.
I was hungry when I got in just now. I had two toasted pitta breads with houmous and tomatoes as well as some crisps.
I am not sure what to have tonight...
I fancy pizza now people on here mentioned it!5 -
Unexpected trip out today so came back with YS lamb neck fillet, not sure what to do with it, but a nice curry next week sounds reasonable. Chippy chips in about an hour though...
Why am I in this handcart and where are we going ?5 -
I was going to buy chippy chips on the way home.
I just had a whole packet of salted peanuts! I bought two packets yesterday and I knew they would be both gone by today, lol.2025 GOALS

Evening all my phone line has died and therefore my internet so I’m working with fat thumbs on my phone, anything could be typed. BT say should be fixed by end of 26th Feb
I think it’s the second time in a year and last time they took over a week and chasing to fix
Lunch was beef cheek ragu from the freezer, I like having the wiggle room in there but I’m running low on HM RMs so may have to think what to put in without taking up all the space
Lunch was a big portion so no dinner yet maybe fruit and cheese if I get hungry in a bit

'morning folksI had an early start after porridge breakfast, first weekend forecast of not chucking it down, so I took the opportunity to get started on my volunteer gardening, Planted some Stargazer lilies, I have them in my garden & the scent fills the air so hoping same will occur, I've put them in pots, near a road & zebra crossing, but far enough away from fence to deter thieving, and pollen getting on passers byI'd just about finished when the drizzle started, some forecast that was, now it's wind & drizzleWith the weather change I've taken a six pack of Heck bangers out to defrost, I note they've been in freezer since 4/18I'll probably cook the lot in the oven and make a big pot of mash later, dinner looking like bangers, mash & beans with planned LOsLunch, the sarnie toaster is still on the work top, so it's another cheese toastie for lunchBrambling said:Evening all my phone line has died and therefore my internet so I’m working with fat thumbs on my phone, anything could be typed. I love Stargazers but I got fed up of replacing containers in the front garden due to theft. Lol keep them to myself in the back now. Would love to see a pic when they are in flower please.

That would involve speaking to someone to ask the question Farway and it’s all automated
when I had a problem with the line last year they also said 4 working days and then it took about 10 as they marked it as fixed and I had to chase to reopen. A lot of people are a lot worst off and I have a mobile even if carp signal at home. Just annoying.
Another day in Chichester cancelled this time by my sister as there are some delays and the threat of replacement buses her way. My other sister and I are now going to try the new Turkish restaurant in town for lunch as we reckon that’s the money we would have spent on train fare and lunch and coffee out
dinner will hopefully need only be a snack as I’m hoping for a decent lunchLife shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin6
