I made a stir fry with sliced thin strips of steak....ginger, soy sauce, Chinese 5 spice and garlic with some peanuts thrown on top too.3

dinner tonight, is my go to standby meal of steak and asparagus, DH has a carb craving (he’s not LC or Keto, just eats what I serve) so he’s got a chicken pie from the butchers, with new potatoes and veg.

I have a glut of eggs from my hens, so tonight will be making onion bhaji frittata, but with less grated potato than the recipe suggests.3

I made some pork snitchzel (if that is even a thing! and certainly can't spell it correctly! Julie Andrews would know how) Used some pork scratchings for the 'breadcrumbs' to keep it low carb. Served it with salad.3
