King prawns and chunks of salmon fillet tossed in the wok with some sliced red chilli, courgetti spirals and a little cream to hold it all together. Strawberries from the garden for pud.

Posh bratwurst style dog RTC from M&S, with mash and beans.
Was out today shopping for the first time since Jan 2020 for things other than groceries/toiletries. Lovely day but some interesting fashion going on in some stores, some also seemed low on stock,  guess it's the supply chain issues having an effect.

dinner tonight, is my go to standby meal of steak and asparagus, DH has a carb craving (he’s not LC or Keto, just eats what I serve) so he’s got a chicken pie from the butchers, with new potatoes and veg.

I have a glut of eggs from my hens, so tonight will be making onion bhaji frittata, but with less grated potato than the recipe suggests.

I made some pork snitchzel (if that is even a thing! and certainly can't spell it correctly! Julie Andrews would know how) Used some pork scratchings for the 'breadcrumbs' to keep it low carb. Served it with salad.

Date night tonight, normally some form of takeaway, if it’s Chinese (his favourite) I go for satay chicken and garlic and sesame broccoli - not clean, but a low’ish carb treat
