Lentil and cheese roast with mint sauce, roast potatoes, green beans, carrots and homegrown cabbage. Rhubarb crumble is made if we've room for pud! Cup of black coffee.3

Had a chicken roast dinner yesterday with caulk cheese, asparagus, swede and celeriac.
Today had HM LC meat pizza with some leftover chicken fajita from the freezer and some chorizo.2 -
Jacket potato with cheese and beans. Feeling a bit queasy and bloated today so fancy something simple!

Had garlic mushrooms on toasted carrot and walnut bread followed by a nectarine and a couple of coffees.4

We had our usual dinner on a Monday, salad with potatoes. Today it was jacket potatoes. I made a mushroom quiche and breaded chicken to go with it. Turned out to be very nice. I had a plain chocolate bounty for afters. Husband finished off the crumble.3

Homemade flatbreads with refried beans, guacamole, salsa, cheese and soured cream. Still have rhubarb crumble left if we want it and our usual cup of coffee.3

HUGE Chicken Breasts stuffed with blue cheese and asparagus, with a bit of salad, jersey royals for DH too.
