Yesterday was a big Shpeherd's pie and so, with half left, that will be tonight's supper too. Then Thursday it's my birthday so DP is making steak and chips for tea before we head to the pub for a pint.

Husband had belly pork, you would have thought it was fillet steak he was so pleased. I had vege sausages with purple sprouting broccoli, carrot and swede mash, cauliflower, peas, roast potatoes and gravy. It made a nice  change from salads.

We have family over tonight, but vegan son is out, so we’re doing a BBQ, swordfish steaks or sirloin steak with jacket potatoes for the non Keto and HM coleslaw, griddled asparagus and tender stem broccoli, strawberries and cream for pud,  G&T will feature 😉

Had gnocchi with pesto, more basil and flat leaf parsley leaves, baby plum tomatoes and parmesan yesterday. Baked celeriac, artichokes, beetroot and mushrooms today.
