    Pea and ham soup with a slice of bread, both free from Olio.
    Followed by home grown strawberries (with a few extra bought) in eton mess.

    Husband had belly pork, you would have thought it was fillet steak he was so pleased. I had vege sausages with purple sprouting broccoli, carrot and swede mash, cauliflower, peas, roast potatoes and gravy. It made a nice  change from salads.

    We have family over tonight, but vegan son is out, so we’re doing a BBQ, swordfish steaks or sirloin steak with jacket potatoes for the non Keto and HM coleslaw, griddled asparagus and tender stem broccoli, strawberries and cream for pud,  G&T will feature 😉
    Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

    Had gnocchi with pesto, more basil and flat leaf parsley leaves, baby plum tomatoes and parmesan yesterday. Baked celeriac, artichokes, beetroot and mushrooms today.

    Long day at work today, husband cooked. I had quorn steak bake with oven chips, peas and gravy. 
    Husband had fish chips and peas. With two big spoonfuls of tartar sauce, no wonder it doesn't last long.
