Got a text first thing today from a fishing friend ‘got fish’ - so I’m guessing we’ve got either Bass or Mackerel for dinner - gotta love free food, we have a barter arrangement for fudge or cake 😂Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

We’ll be watching the football coverage from 7pm and I am tired after a busy week at work, so won’t be cooking anything complicated or time consuming tonight. I’m planning to make a platter of refried bean, cheese and chilli tostadas to be served with some bottles of beer 😀4
