    We’ll be watching the football coverage from 7pm and I am tired after a busy week at work, so won’t be cooking anything complicated or time consuming tonight. I’m planning to make a platter of refried bean, cheese and chilli tostadas to be served with some bottles of beer 😀

    I made chicken and chorizo fajitas for DS and I. Had some LC strawberry cheesecake for pudding.

    I had tuna steak, new potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower.
    Husband had sea bass baked with peppers, tomatoes and feta. With new potatoes.
