I have various bits and pieces which need using up so I am throwing them all together to make a Thing. It will be diced cooked potato and some peas plus steamed cauliflower florets, layered in a buttered dish with chunks of skinless boneless unsmoked haddock and slathered in a cheese sauce to which I will add some steamed chopped spinach. Then whack the whole lot in the oven to bake, and it'll feed the two of us tonight and tomorrow.5

CJ - we’re having a fridge clear too, picky bits with some focaccia for DH.
I’m off work for nearly 2 weeks now, and as this is the last of the Hot, hot weather for a while, I might treat myself to a G&T in the garden tonight x
EDIT - turned out to be very filling, skipped the G&T, had water 👍
