Tapas sort of affair tonight, king prawns in garlic, chorizo, Manchego, those little peppers stuffed with cream cheese, olives etc bread for himself 😋Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

leftover tandoori chicken from a takeaway I froze a few weeks ago with some chicken and aubgerine curry with a dressing of grated carrot, onion, coriander, lime, olive oil, vinegar, sweetener and pomegranate.
Son made a melt in the middle chocolate almond microwave pudding too which was fab.....he usually has more culinary fails than successes, but this recipe is a keeper.2 -
Made this recipe Artichoke Salad With Green Bean and Tomato Recipe - olivemagazine which is delicious. Had a salad of radishes on the side and a tangerine and coffee afterwards.4

@goldfinches that does look delicious. I'm going to get husband to make it for me. He can cook if he has a recipe to follow.
I was off work today, so we went out to a garden centre and shopping place. We had lunch, sandwiches and coffee in the pub. It felt so lovely to be able to do it.
For dinner husband had a steak pie, with loads of veg, I had the roasted pasta salad that I made last night for my work lunch today, forgetting I was off!!5 -
@JIL that sounds like a jolly good idea to me!
You might like to tell your husband that if he were to cut the green beans into convenient bite sized lengths it would taste even nicer (this occurred to me as I was manoeuvring them awkwardly with my fork earlier).

Thai green prawn curry today with the LO prawns from yesterday, eyes were definitely bigger than belly 😂
was gooood….
