I've been AWOL for the last week as went away for half term break. Fantastic weather but rather overdid things in the sun.
Today I made steak and kidney pie with cauliflower. Had some stewed rhubarb and yoghurt for pudding.3 -
Spaghetti and vegetarian meatballs. Cheesecake for pudding

Oven baked salmon in dill and lemon sauce with new pots and cauliflower for me tonight...again, went with a rather insipid colour pallet, but tasted nice.

I had a strange day at work, so popped into m&s foodhall on the way home, where I spotted the pasta, mozzarella and roasted vegetables with a pesto dressing reduced to £1.16. From £4.50. I bought two, some coleslaw, plant food piri piri not chicken, also reduced to £1, and some other bits 3 for £7.
Added some pork leftovers from yesterday and boiled some new potatoes. Enough leftovers for lunches tomorrow as well.4 -

Chicken satay with peanut noodles and cucumber salad. I'm vegan so I'm having vegetable kebabs instead of the satay.It's better to beg forgiveness than ask permission.4
