    Pretty much a rerun of last night, added in some chopped veg and goats cheese from the freezer.

    I made a mushroom quiche, which I had with leftover Jersey potatoes that I baked in oven, salad and coleslaw.
    Husband had salad, chicken and oven chips.
    Daughter had pasta with tomatoes, asparagus, rocket and salmon. 

  • The Grandpickle brought his recipe book to stay so he's making us salmon parcels in the oven for our supper tonight...YUM!

    Pan fried pork steaks with creamy mushrooms and tender stem tonight there’s a few jersey royals if he fancies them.

    Lovely sunny, warm day here so had a huge salad with smashed avocado and a baguette followed by home made peanut butter cookies and coffee.

    I had a Gregg's vegan pastie (1.25 for 2 in Iceland warehouse)
    Husband had homemade steak pie, with jerseys,  broccoli and green beans.
    Daughter had pizza and salad in the garden with some friends.

    Love the look of the cookies @goldfinches, I make them using a bill grainger recipe.

    Out Out last night meeting friends for dinner, had mac n cheeze prawn bits with sweet chilli sauce, and thai veg curry with salmon. Very nice it was too - washed down with a couple of cocktails / mocktails.

  • Spaghetti Bolognese again to finish it off with garlic bread and lots of grated cheese followed by fresh fruit salad and Greek Yoghurt and a cup of black coffee.
