Pretty much a rerun of last night, added in some chopped veg and goats cheese from the freezer.

I made a mushroom quiche, which I had with leftover Jersey potatoes that I baked in oven, salad and coleslaw.
Husband had salad, chicken and oven chips.
Daughter had pasta with tomatoes, asparagus, rocket and salmon.

  • The Grandpickle brought his recipe book to stay so he's making us salmon parcels in the oven for our supper tonight...YUM!

Lovely sunny, warm day here so had a huge salad with smashed avocado and a baguette followed by home made peanut butter cookies and coffee.

    I had a Gregg's vegan pastie (1.25 for 2 in Iceland warehouse)
Husband had homemade steak pie, with jerseys,  broccoli and green beans.
Daughter had pizza and salad in the garden with some friends.

Love the look of the cookies @goldfinches, I make them using a bill grainger recipe.

  • Spaghetti Bolognese again to finish it off with garlic bread and lots of grated cheese followed by fresh fruit salad and Greek Yoghurt and a cup of black coffee.
